We had a great experience with 805 Quesabirria tacos! We found 805 quesabirria from looking up local caterers online and we thought it would be a great idea to have birria tacos at our wedding. From the start we were looking at different quotes from possible food vendors, and Fernando reached out so fast with package information and was very transparent about the pricing and we felt that in the wedding industry, that was like a breath of fresh air. As the day of the event came closer, we realized that we didn’t have plan for any food for our guests to enjoy during cocktail hour. Fernando provided a great solution in the form of serving some of our appetizers from dinner as apart of cocktail hour. He did this as a courtesy to us, and it just made our cocktail hour stress free and our guests happy. Throughout the planning process, phone calls were made and the constant reassurance that we would have the best wedding catering experience and never having to worry about having enough food for all of our guests, made 805 quesabirria a star vendor in our book, and they delivered on that promise. Then, wedding day was here! Robert & Fernando arrived promptly on time. They got straight to business on setting up the food area. They worked closely and efficiently with our wedding planner and together we had a successful cocktail hour and the smoothest dinner service we have ever experienced. The food was delicious, and they provided fixings such as diced onion, several types of salsas, and pickled onions with jalapeño. The tacos also came with fresh chips and many different thirst quenching aguas. We throughly enjoyed the food, and the day after the wedding, we received numerous comments from our guests that the tacos were so incredible. After cleaning up their service area for the night, they took the time to express gratitude towards us for picking 805 Quesabirria tacos as our catering vendor. My wife and I feel that 805 Quesabirria Tacos is worthy of a 5 star review because they provided a 5 star service. We would recommend them to anyone who needs catering for their wedding.

Bryan who came to our party was amazing! Super nice & professional! The food was delicious my guest were so happy! Celebrated a milestone birthday in February. I got lucky in finding 805 Quesa Birria to cater the event. They are awesome to work with. We met with Fernando (such a nice guy), went over our needs, worked out schedule and food and within 30 minutes—we had our caterer.
Robert did our party—he was very professional in his chef jacket. From setting up, to cooking, to cleaning up—everything was right on schedule and everything flowed smoothly. He even helped us with one of his lights so we could take pictures. To say the food was amazingly delicious is an understatement—it’s like having a party in your mouth. All the guests raved about the food and Robert.

Absolutely fantastic! From the ease of discussing our vast menu options during our catering consultation with Fernando to event day arrival, set-up, meal service all the way to pack up, they exceeded our expectations. Our awesome server Robert did such an exceptional job. He was so accommodating and attentive to all our guests. The food was delicious and plentiful! The wide variety of salsas, sides and the presentation was impressive. All evening we received compliments from all our guests how much they enjoyed the food. BEST TACOS WE'VE EVER HAD. BOOK THEM NOW!!! We used 805 Quesa Birria Tacos for my dad's surprise 70th birthday with 50 people, and everyone was talking about how great the food was. Not to mention, it was so easy to book with Fernando. He was incredibly responsive. Robert provided service day of. He was prepared, on time, and cooked the most delicious tacos we've ever had. He set everything up in our backyard and it all looked and tased great!! Will definitely be using them for all parties in the future!!!

AMAZING!!! Incredible service and delicious food. I cannot say enough about how wonderful our experience was working with Fernando and his partner Chris. I reached out very last minute for a birthday party I had for my husband. Immediately Fernando was friendly and accommodating. Every time I had a question he got back to me immediately. He even let me borrow a fold out table and lights! Chris showed up early and prepared the tacos. Everybody commented “This is so good”. Thank you for helping us make fantastic memories with friends and family.

We chose Quesa Birria Tacos to cater our annual Dream Team Christmas party for our large team of volunteers at church. Everyone agreed, the food was fantastic. Service for 80 was fast and easy, and working with Fernando for setup, and Chris during the party was wonderful. Both were very helpful and friendly to deal with. On 12/5 we hosted an event for 100 people. Not only did they deliver but they absolutely went above and beyond in stellar service. It was an amazing array of food with plenty of side dishes. Everyone was raving about the food afterwards. Leading to the event too communication was great, we felt listened too and heard along the whole process. Truly an amazing service. Would definitely recommend and we will definitely be utilizing in the future.
