Very new, modern interior. Quite clean! I haven't been in a while as this Arby's is 30 minutes away (it's the closest one). Portion sizes have shrunk.

I went into the Arby's in Simi Valley (the only one). I went thru drive thru I was the only one in line placed an order for myself and my husband I got home and the whole order was wrong except the drinks, my husband took it back and the only thing they said was it happens didn't offer to make the order right or give us a refund nothing. I ordered the all beef and received the cheddar and beef and I am allergic to cheese this happened 2 weeks prior to us. I know we should never gone back. I called my bank to fight the charges not anything to make my order right. The only reason gave them one star is that is the only way I could right a review otherwise it would have been minus 5 stars. Very bad customer service the worse I have ever experience.

The roast beef sandwich buns were stale while the French dip roll was nice and soft. Asked for 15 arby sauces but got 5. Arby's management confirmed they will address these issues. Love the quick response!

Ordered a French dip, received the dip but no sandwich to dip it in making it a waste. Food is like most thrown together by a group of people who should not be making $15 an hour if they can't put together an order with 3 sandwiches without forgetting one entirely. Usually check my order when I use drive thru. One time I forgot and we're paying the price of living too Farr away to justify a return trip to remedy their error. It's a hard reminder to never rely on Arby's employees at this location to do their own easy jobs correctly.

Arby's never disappoints me... great food, great prices... and very friendly staff... this Arby's has All 3... I'll be back!!! Someone said that in a movie once ?????

Haven't had Arby's in awhile so I was really looking forward to it! What A Letdown! I got a chicken sandwich and the piece of chicken was overcooked and hard. The size looked like a child size it was so small. Fries were old, hard, dry and very salty. If I was at the restaurant I would have returned it. Unfortunately I'm home.

Drive thru is typically slow. Arby's roast beef has declined-- not a location specific issue, just a general trend across the chain. Curly fries still a classic. The gyros are surprisingly good.

I used the drive thru and had a coupon for 2 for $6.49 Gyro sandwiches. They were good but I wish they had a little more Taziki sauce. I'll ask for extra next time.
