It was missing the subtle sweetness and aromatic spice balance typically found in other pho cafes. While the garnishes were fresh, the broth's flavor profile didn’t align with my expectations. If you enjoy a highly savory and less sweet broth, you might find it appealing. However, if you’re looking for a more traditional, sweeter broth, I recommend exploring other options.
This experience will be my first and last visit to this restaurant. I chose to leave a tip despite the staff's noticeable lack of warmth or acknowledgment. We will not return here to dine again.

It seems like they don’t wash their vegetables, because there were insects crawling on the lettuce they put I found 3 insects in a single box. So I would suggest a Big NO for this place. They are not making the meals with complete hygiene.

Tommy the waiter misheard my order then told me due to policy you still have to pay for that. I didnt want what he served me and he then said it was company policy. Once I asked for the policy and to see where it was writting or said that. He replied he would have a manager call me after I pay for the food I didnt want. There is no policy and I will never be back.
