I walked into this place at 9:35 p.m. mind you the front door says that they close at 10:00 All of their online listings say they close at 10:00PM. The sign on the front says open and the door is unlocked. As I stepped inside the young man greeted me and said welcome but the girl told me that they were closed? So I said well your sign says open and she tells me "We can't change that I'm sorry we close at 9:30". To me this looks like an employee that just wants to go home early and doesn't care about servicing the customer. And then to lie and say they close at 9:30 for cleaning and she's sorry she can't help me is completely unacceptable. I don't understand where customer service has gone these days but there is no way that I would have done something like that. Don't recommend at all. Thank goodness there are other ice cream places in Simi that are open until 10pm.

Baskin Robbins made an amazing cake for my son's 5th birthday. They took an existing style option and adjusted the color scheme to fit the cake topper/theme that I had purchased. The kids loved it and it was delicious.

The tall black haired guy working at night didn't even acknowledge I was in the store for about 6 min and I was the only one in there. He kept working on an online order it looked like. Then turns to me and goes "what do you want". Really? Must hate his job

I love B&R ice cream, the service changes constantly as there always new associates so it's a hit and a miss, standard creamery they offer samples and the have low fat and low sugar options. My favorite is baseball but! It's actually right next to a nice Italian restaurant so it's an option for desert.

I have gone in on multiple occasions. First time I didn't think much of it but as I kept going in I noticed the scoops were not normal sized(smaller). I asked the kind employee why the scoops seemed smaller these days and well long story short, he(the employee) told me that their manager had instructed them to give smaller scoops. Ethically, I think this is wrong, and will cost them customers in the future. I understand wanting to cut food costs for profit, but I think it's important to be honest and fair to customer.
I went in with a very strange and random request. It was my mom's birthday and I forgot the cake...so I asked them to write "last minute birthday cake" instead of the normal bday cake sayings. The team there was more then happy to assist, even after I added to the request to write it as "horribly" as possible, like a 5yr wrote it!! Mom loved it , everyone love it... and now it will be a tradition in the family to get horribly written bday cakes! Thank you Team for being a part of our new tradition and a whole Lotta laughter

Horrible customer service. Employees always look mad and frustrated. No one is forcing you to work there. Hopefully management takes note. Not a pleasant experience to say the least. It makes me think twice about spending my money there...

This is a great little Baskin-Robbins. Parking is easy and they keep to their posted hours--some close early. The service is great. They have a wonderful selection of ice cream. You can have cones, shakes, and drinks. They have a little eating area. I really enjoy their ice cream cakes. You can buy one right there, or pick one from one line or there and order it the way you want it. You will like this place.
