So I haven't had ice cream in months, and haven't been here since I was a teenager. Got here today about 1:45 only one guy working and a few people in line ahead of me. I had a two scoop sundae. The Carmel truffle and the Reese's peanut butter. Both were tasty but the scoops were super small and covered by a lot of whipped cream. The cherry tasted old and funny. Like it was sitting there for months. 7 bucks for a small Sundae! Meh....... Should of went and got frozen yogurt elsewhere.

Our go too Baskin robins in simi, always clean, fun and the best customer service. Very nice workers and accommodating. I brought in all my 7 grandkids for the promotion of $.99 cent kids cones. The promotion was per customer so it would have had to a been 1 transaction per one but they went to bat for us and let us pay all at once. My grandkids had the best Ice cream time ever here. Thank you Baskin Robins for always taking care of us. Especially when my grandkids came into town to visit .

It's Baskin Robbins, so of course the ice cream is great. This particular location also provided a great and very friendly service. I didn't catch the young lady's name but a blonde girl gave great service which made the ice cream experience a little more fun for the whole family.

We go here all the time and havnt ever had a bad customer service experience until tonight. So bad its worth telling them about.My husband and I were 3rd in line and the three girls behind counter were each helping people. By the time we were up, a young blond girl stood just looking at us. We looked at her then looked at each other and back at her. She just kept awkwardly looking at us, was so strange. She finally asked if we were ready as if we were bothering her. We said yes. She took my order and started to ring me up as if my husband was invisible. He said his order and she stopped the register and began his order. He is diabetic and I clearly heard him ask for the no sugar added flavors. We were so annoyed by her rudeness we didnt notice that she wasnt paying attention when he ordered that she gave him regular flavors instead of the sugar free. He hope the manager sees this for staff training purposes.

This is quite possibly the worst experience I've had at an ice cream place. I never call and complain, but after spending $30 on 3 scoops of ice cream and receiving this... I'm appalled. Seriously so bad.

Most excellent ice cream. I love me world class chocolate. Did a scoop of that and chocolate. Had to get my chocolate fix. Oh so Good!’

Received a super melted banana split from delivery this evening. My sister sent it to me as a birthday surprise and I was embarrassed to tell her it didn't survive the very short trip to my house. The hot fudge should have been put on separately but some lazy idiot must have made it and didn't consider that.
