were here on simi valley and looking for a place to get lunch. I call up bomb hoagie asking them a few questions and one was in they had a restroom. She immediately said yes and I mentioned i was disabled. We got the directions and got a phone call and it was bomb hoagie letting me know that there's a certain area for handicapped access and told me the way. Most places wouldn't even think twice about calling back to let me know the access area. I truly appreciate the thoughtfulness....read full review
