Best food ever. I have been to this restaurant a couple times, if it was closer to me I would go all the time. Must try to understand. They have the best pizza and sandwiches. Their Philly cheesesteak sandwich is filled full with meat unlike other places. Their customer service is like no other. Very fast and very friendly.

I've been to this restaurant a few times and generally agree with the high ratings, but tonight they were definitely off their game. After getting seated it took way too long to get someone to give us any attention. After getting the bottle of wine we brought opened and ordering appetizers, it started going downhill. We didn't see our waiter again until long after our appetizer had arrived. We struggled with our large menus while trying to enjoy the appetizer. Our waiter eventually came and took our dinner order. After quite a while we were served dinner, but the salad I ordered had never arrived. No sign of the waiter. We ate our entire dinner without another person talking to us, including our waiter. After dinner the hostess offered us dessert, which we ordered. After dessert, the hostess brought us our bill. Never saw the waiter after ordering our meal. No apology for not serving the salad. No sign of him. Very disappointing. On the bright side, the food was still very good (hence the 5 stars from the other).
