My favorite is the filet mignon in peppercorn sauce it's top quality meat served with the fresh vegetables and mashed potatoes or sometimes I switch and have mushroom risotto delicious. From the moment I walked in I was impressed with this quaint little Bistro. Great atmosphere, great service and INCREDIBLE food. Best wedge salad I've ever had. I had the Filet with mushroom sauce which was exceptional, tender and seasoned to perfection. The mushroom risotto was AMAZING! I also sampled the Blackened fillet with pepper corn sauce and the ribeye with mushroom wine sauce. Hands down the best food and service in Simi Valley and their prices are very reasonable. Beto's is located on Sycamore...You will love it!!
