I always call to order from the location in Simi and today 9/6/23 they refused to take my order over the phone stating that it has been over a year they they don’t do it. I just ordered over the phone a couple weeks ago with no issues. The person that answered the phone first was very condescending and the manager was the one that said they haven’t done orders over the phone in over a year.

I love this crepe but the costumers service from today was bad not nice at all ask her that instead of Nutella if i can get lechera she charge me more i dont know why when i really pay $10 told her to just give the nutella one ask for a receipt she say that machine do not work really bad experience.
The workers are so nice. Boba is really good too!! Boba is perfect. I got the strawberry coconut.

The tea itself was great. Not overly sweet and not overly watery. The boba was on the tough and flavorless side. Prices are pretty high too. $8 for a Thai Tea with boba.
However, great atmosphere with a lot of menu options

My first time here at the Simi Valley Boba Cuz and it was great! We ordered around 8 bobas, 2 crepes, and the hot Cheetos with cheese. Everything tasted great and the owner was so sweet! She handled our order quickly and was very friendly. They have different types of milk tea options you wouldn’t find at other places! :)
