Buffalo Wild Wings

We placed an order for take out, the comical thing was that all of our sauces and blue cheese seemed to have been measure with a teaspoon in each container. Not a tablespoon but a teaspoon! Won’t order from here again.

If I could give 0 stars , I would. The service here is already not as good as it is, but this time just added the cherry on top. We sat there for almost 30 minutes waiting for our order to be taken, we gave our server Lina some grace because she had a couple of tables, but when she came to our table she gave us so much attitude. We felt super uncomfortable even trying to put in an order because we felt like we were doing something wrong just by doing so. We ended up canceling our order and just walking out. Lina made our experience definitely our last. I'm sure this place would thrive without servers with an attitude like hers.

Bad service, every single time i pick up my order, it's always wrong, it shows the laziness, i eat here and order regularly, make your staff double the orders.

Had great service last weekend watching the game and getting my food. Price was cheap as well

Im sorry but this establishment was one of the dirtiest rwstaurants I've ever been in. The wings were decent and the service was ok. But there was so much trash on the floor and I didn't see one employee pick up one piece of trash they would all just walk past it. Management needs to be on top of that. These are just some of the trash but there was trash all over the restaurant.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!
Employees are rude, waited in store 45+ minutes after order was supposed be ready before I even walked in. Employees only stashed they were backed up, but 45 minutes is ridiculous and unacceptable. DO NOT COME HERE, SERVICE IS TRASH!!!!!!

Probably 50 or more TVs. Good food and good service

So I have never been to a buffalo wild wings that's seat your self. I know this one isn't like that i am standing at the host station and Noone ever walks over to me to get me seated! I have worked in hospitality for 3 1/2 years and this is bull crap! Who ever ownes these places need to fix what ever problem is going on! Horrible experience. I left to go spend my money elsewhere

Christina was our server. Great food, came out quickly. By other servers.

Our server never checked in with us. I had to go and find her to request a straw and other items. Place was empty, its a weekday night. My kids kept going up to the takeout window for napkins, dressing for the salad - which we got the third time asking!

Server couldn't manage applying our military discount, even when we mentioned it while ordering. She said she'd add it to the bill, and never did. Ran the card without it. Not a big deal, but super annoying. Probably a last inside visit from us!

Awful management, rude and condescending wont ever come back here again. Place smells like feet and bad decisions.

I’d give it zero stars if I could. I’d never before have been served by a rude waitress like the old lady in a cowboys shirt yesterday. A complete Karen. Absolutely ridiculous. I had to leave because her attitude was completely out of line.

Waited 20 mins for our food when the manager brought it over. Our food, the wings and fries were cold, it was so obvious that the food was cold. The Manager didn’t even care to check the quality of the food. It took them another 15 minutes to get our new food to us. A whole 30 minutes waiting for our food. The restaurant floor had so much trash, like straw, wrappers, napkins, chicken pieces, french fries. The restaurant looked so unsanitary. The employees were stepping over the trash and didn’t care to even pick up anything from the floor. The tables were piled high with trash and not cleaned off. The men’s bathroom, horrible pee stains all over the floor, trash cans over field with trash, paper towels running out. The restaurant was not even busy and it looked like a hurricane hit it. Lots of empty tables. The Service was slow, employees talking on phones in the service area and in corner of store. Employees from boh peeking their head outside to main restaurant drinking and watching tv with gloves on. Worse service and restaurant ever.

Haven’t been in a while. Our server was the only good thing about the service. No host waited for 10 +minutes, husband wanted to watch a game. Ordered well done wings waited which was fair had I gotten fresh wings would have been worth it.
But husband was too hungry to wait. Your lobby could use some TLC shoe marks all over the walls, front doors looked just nasty and greasy. If the front looks like that I don’t want to see the back.. Was disappointed for a Saturday Night.

I love buffalo wild wings but unfortunately here in the simi valley location the service is not great. All of our food was cold and took a long time to be served. I’ve been coming to this location for like 3 years. But in the last 6months the service has been getting worse. This is my first bad review ever. I feel bad leaving this bad review but hopefully with this bad review they can improve their service.
