Buffalo Wild Wings

4.5 Star rating: I havent been to Buffalo Wings in 8-9 yrs and I had a gift card so I went to one in Simi Valley and was SO glad I did. Chris was so approachable and suggested a grear beer 🍺 I had forgotten and loved. Then I ordered their new four select combo and choose three different types of chicken wings, each in a different flavor and the cauliflower 😋, plus a small salad. I was so happy 😃. This combo was bursting witj outstanding flavors like mango habenero, lemon pepper, buffalo. Plus dips. I brought 2/3rs of it home to have at 49ers half time tomorrow. Cant wait! Tammy D

Food was good the service good. Food came out hot and fresh and fast. The only recommendations would be place needs a good cleaning sports memorabilia and pictures are really old and dusty

I haven’t been to a BWW in years, now I know why. We were invited to eat here with some family for a celebratory dinner. Overall the atmosphere is decent.

After a bit of a wait, we placed our orders. I opted for the ‘all you can eat wings’ deal. According to the card, it includes a choice of ten wings, fries, carrots & celery’.

The sever brought a tray with the wings and fries, but no carrots & celery. Beyond that, the fries were old and almost room temperature and the ‘wings’ were mid at best.

When she came back about 20min later. I asked for a refill on water (nobody checked on us after the food was delivered), and another round of six wings, along with fresh fries. I also mentioned I never got my carrots & celery. I pointed it out on the menu.

She said I needed to request those when I placed my original order. I said can I get them now? She said yes, but you would have to pay for them. Wait, what? I had no words.

This is like saying you need to actually request the side salad when you order an entree that comes with a side salad. Like what? And here we are. I took a picture of the menu and it seems pretty straight forward. Not sure what the server was talking about, but I think she may need some additional training.

Wings were crap and service was sloppy

The wings are really good, better off ordering them dry and get sauces on the side. They are nice and crispy. The roasted potatoes were also good . Everything was hot and great. My only problem is that everything is WAY expensive. They charge too much for the food they serve. If they don't lower there prices I think they will be out of business soon.

I came to this Buffalo Wild Wings yesterday to watch the NBA Western Conference Final game and also do their all you can wings with fries. Taleia was my server in the bar area and she was amazing with her customer service. She was attentive with me and kept asking me if I wanted more wings. I got the lemon pepper sauce and medium sauce on my wings which they were good. They were not busy at all when I was here so I think it helped with the service yesterday.

Never go here. Horrible customer service. More than half of the tables were empty and my son and I were told we would have to wait! I don’t get that. Maybe just seat us, let us order a beer and apologize that service may be a little slower than normal. Instantly we’re more than happy to let customers walk. Will never go there again. Chili’s here we come!

Service is SO BAD here. I've been coming here for years cuz what other choice is there at the Town Center? You have to wait forever to get a drink even when it's not packed. I go there specifically to watch a game and sometimes it takes them up to 30 minutes to change a channel because only a manager can supposedly do it and they can't be bothered. 35 tvs and they can't change just one for you. But it gets better. Last time I was there I ordered a drink at the start of a hockey game. Bartender rang it up and plopped the receipt in front of me. I watched the entire first period (40 min) and never received my drink while watching people who ordered after me get theirs. She later apologized for forgetting but it was too late. You didn't forget to charge me, I guess that's the most important part. Getting your drink eventually is optional.

Come here all the time. The team,especially Catherine and jenean, are great bartenders! Food is always good, manager always makes time to say hi. Great service great people!

Incredibly understaffed and therfore very slow, especially when all the two waitresses go on break at the same time. Food is mediocre and pricy. This place is dying fast.

Been here twice with family, once for my birthday and another recently. I have to stand for over 20 minutes legs crossed leaned at the front stand in search for a host to be seated,
The first time we sat outside with my mother and was rejected service for over 45mins once my mother went inside and asked a hostess with purple hair if we were ignored she replied with “yes I did ignore” and we went inside and sat ourselves until someone would arrive.
Second attempt me and my dad waited the same agonizing front door wait then maybe another 20 minutes for a water and coke that turned out to be diet pepsi, with root beer on the menu but out of stock. Waited for the food which was missing the sauces as per order and quite bland and flavorless compered to other locations.

Was a great place, service was great. For being a Friday night. Beats any other city BWW. Chill place not overwhelming , server was not over hovering but also didn't lag with service.

Very slow. Ordered to go and it wasn’t ready 30 min after the time they said. No help

The slowest sitting, serving, and waitressing BWW ever!!!
And they do not care... The place could be empty and they still make you wait...
Better off ordering online/over the phone....

Gone down hill. I miss Jeaneane.
