Me and my mom went to get food, and we hadn’t been to wild wings in a while so we decided to go. We got seated very quickly, but it wasn’t busy. There was probably 20 or less other people. That being said, it took a long time for our server to make her way to us to order drinks. I ordered ice water with lemon, and my mom ordered hot water with lemon. I got my water almost immediately, but my mom didn’t. We sat there waiting for water and when it came out, it was as cold as my ice water. We told our waitress and her exact words were “we are out of hot water so they just tried microwaving it” and laughed. That was red flag number one. The prices have increased a lot since we have been there. When our food came out, it was lukewarm at best. I didn’t want to cause any issues so me and my mom ate them. We got a 10 piece wing, 5 with garlic honey and 5 with mild buffalo sauce. The garlic honey was good, very similar to the teriyaki sauce they have. The mild though, tasted horrible. It tasted old and sour and bitter. My mom and I ate 3 each and stopped. We paid and went home. 30 minutes later, I felt super nauseous and threw up everything. Food was bad, service was bad, and the whole place felt odd. I am not sure if they got new owners, but quality has definitely gone down. We will not be returning.

The new scan and order at the table is not what I expect of a sit down restaurant. Service lacked attention to refill my iced tea. No enthusiasm for the menu or the fact that we were in the building. I ordered traditional wings and half of them were over cooked.

My visit to Buffalo Wild Wings in Simi Valley was undoubtedly the worst dining experience I've ever had. The food was horrendous & not fresh – it tasted like it had been cooked with an ocean's worth of salt, and the wrap was served cold. Our server, Jenean, was unfriendly and oddly aggressive from the start. She approached our table without a welcoming greeting and failed to ask about our drink preferences. To top it off, she handed us the check without prompting and asked if we were done. Despite informing her about the subpar and salty food, she showed no concern or attention to our dissatisfaction. I strongly advise against anyone considering this place; the service and food quality were utterly disappointing.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at Buffalo Wild Wings in Simi Valley. The food was not fresh & tasted horrible, as if it had been cooked with an excessive amount of sea salt. The wrap was served cold, adding to the overall unpleasantness. Our server, Jenean, was far from friendly; she approached our table without a welcoming greeting and seemed oddly aggressive. To make matters worse, she didn't inquire about our satisfaction during the meal and instead brought the check without us requesting it. When we expressed our dissatisfaction with the food, she brushed it off and showed no concern. I strongly discourage anyone from visiting this establishment based on my terrible encounter.

Great place for sports events or to have a few drinks with friends. Service can be slow at times but overall good experience.
Went there to watch the 49ers game... Service was great our waitress always made sure waters were filled and checked in The food on the other hand was a different story. We decided to get the nachos and couldn't believe what they served. It was a plate of chips with shredded dry cheese sprinkled on top- not melted not hot. On top of that was sour cream and the chicken we paid to add was cold canned shredded chicken. Was extremely disappointed in the quality of food served to us. Not sure if I will return and trust the quality of food especially because of the price.

The flavors were good mild Buffalo, garlic parmesan and sweet bbq but the chicken wasn't edible, it was very dry and hard . A waste of 35!!!

Went for dinner and to watch the Miami & Kansas City NFL Wildcard playoff game because NBC and NFL sold out the fans for more profit and we refuse to sign up for another streaming service. Apparently several other football fans had the same idea the place was packed, equally between fans from both teams.That being said, BWW is a great place to watch sports and eat wings with cold beer ?. Go ???
This place closes at 12 am on New Year's Eve even after I called earlier in the day to confirm their closing time. Not once did the girl who answered let me know they would do last call at 9:30pm and were only doing to go orders. So we went in to this surprise. We tried to order online and it didn't let us. So we called to do a to go order and apparently because they close in two hours (it's 10pm now) they only have a tray of wings couldn't serve us all flats because they were closing in two hours! If your guys are going to be open why not serve ur customers that go in?? Who ever you had working tonight clearly doesn't wanna work...if I could give u one star I would. This is the second time we have a terrible situation happen to us and we're regulars! Get it together!!!!

Anyways she gave us the best service and was very attentive and super friendly which is hard to come by now a days... would definitely recommend going and asking to sit in her section!
