Unprofessional service and serious hygiene concerns.

As a DoorDash driver, orders are already monitored and confirmed through the app, and I confirmed the order as required. To my understanding, DoorDash does not have a policy requiring stores to physically inspect a driver’s phone. Staff may ask drivers to confirm the order at the store, but demanding to see or inspect a phone in a rude manner is unnecessary and unprofessional.

More concerning was hygiene. The employee was wiping down windows, refrigerators, and other surfaces and then proceeded to handle food orders without visibly washing hands or changing gloves. This raises serious food safety concerns and is unacceptable for a food establishment.

The order was delayed while the employee focused on unrelated cleaning tasks, and the interaction that followed was disrespectful. Poor customer service overall, which explains the many negative reviews for this location. Very disappointing experience.

I waited in the drive-through for quite a while. I was the only car there so I thought they were making my burger for me fresh when I got home everything was cold including the burger. I added cheese on it for an extra $.75 for one piece of cheese in the whole burger cold I tried to call to complain and their phone number doesn’t work ridiculous

Went for drive-thru with my coupon, there was a little bit of a wait, but you have to remember that Burger King makes things to order, and they do this pretty quickly if you think about it. The veggies had more consistency and crunch than competitor fast food joints, and their jalapeno poppers are back! I got the four-popper item, and they were yummy albeit on the small side.

The drive-thru is slow, but that's probably because they're making your food fresh. This location is challenging to get to, you can only reach it if you're going eastbound on LA Ave, and you can only depart eastbound to LA Ave, and no u-turns allowed at the nearest intersection, so unless all the planets align, it's tough to get here, you just can't pull in on a whim.

I love burgers king and tried alot of places. This place in particular the food taste horrible. Taste like it's been frozen for months. No flavor. Just blank. Hopefully they can make it fresher or whatever but the food was not great what so ever.

I hadn't been to Burger King in years because my previous experience was the same as today's disgustingness!!! I only came here because my coworker wanted to eat here so I joined him. My stomach hurts I hope I don't have to go to the emergency room. And to top it off no air conditioning.

I went and asked the worker for a hot cup of water for my coffee was to strong taste like cigarettes and she denied me a a hot cup of water I just spend 20 dollars on food for my kids never again will I go there for breakfast totally rude service
