The slowest first food drive through I have ever been to!! Serving 3 customers will take them 25 minutes to get your order, it's like being in a restaurant waiting well done steak, one person works on recieving the order, packing the order, preparing the order! Very annoying place! And I have been going there so many times, I'm writing this today! I'm done with that place!!

First of all let me start off with the employee Irving I think that’s how you spell his name working on 12/20/2023 around 1:30ish pm he was so respectful polite and nice guy made sure my order was correct I kept messing up on my order and he had the patient with me never responded in a rude manner was a very nice guy that what we need of more this this work this guy need to be notice for what he dose that’s more then a 5 star customer service his way of customer service brings this restaurant more attention and keeps it professional food was good worm and quick but irvin is what I loved about the restaurant the most polite, respectful, nicest guy ever MAN NEED TO BE NOTICED FOR WHAT HE DOSE !!!!!! Someone please get that man NOTICED !!!

Still a solid four stars for me - judging as a fast food experience. This time it was drive-thru. Previous time Dear Hubby and I sat in the dining room. The staff has been friendly, the food comes out quickly, but doesn't taste like it was sitting under a heat lamp. That's a big plus!I'm partial to their BK Fish Sandwich, because it doesn't require cheese to taste good. Non-dairy dietary restrictions make it tough to enjoy burgers (what, no cheese?!), or pizza - 'nuf said. My best best for not feeling deprived are fish sandwiches, BLT's (hard to find a good one in this area), or soups / salads. Many other dishes can be hit or miss without being at a good vegan place, where plant-based cheeses are an option.I did have a Whopper without cheese the previous time to this BK, and it was actually very good. Since I don't eat beef very often, it made a favorable impression on my taste buds. The flame broiled flavor carried the day, along with fresh condiments.All things considered, this location is doing a good job in my book.

Ordered Impossible burger w/o onion, tomato or lettuce. I received w all 3. I ordered a fry and that was forgotten. Time to move to another BK.

I spent 70 dollars and the manager gave me 6 ranches. I asked for more ranch and she told me that she couldn't give me anymore. There was 6 meals bought.

Ordered a Whooper, Big Fish, and an original Chicken sandwich. The clerk asked if I wanted cheese on the Whooper, and I replied "No", and she repeated "Whooper, no cheese". Once I got home, opened the bag NO F'ing Whooper. Tried to call straight to voicemail. If you're in Simi and want a great tasty fast food experience, stick with In and Out. At least they hire competent staff. I'd give a ZERO if I could. OH, BTW, I threw the food away. Grade A swill.

If I could I would put zero reviews , this place sucks so bad. We haven't ate here in months and tonight we decided and they forgot a whole meal and won't answer their phones. The people have rude attitudes. They are the worst place ever!!!!! And no money back either!!!!!

Why is this the SLOWEST drive thru of all time? Whether there are two cars or 6 in the line expect to WAIT. Can management or corporate fix this? Raising prices you'd think would at least get you relatively normal drive thru times? Guess again

Watching them pull the soaking wet burger patties out of a container and putting them on a bun changed my mind. I'll never order a burger from here again. The breakfasts are ok.

Listen, the food is good. But someone forgot my mozzarella sticks, no biggie. I just went back to check with them to get my order because I ordered in the drive-through. But this lady was adamant saying it's in my bag but I gave the bag to the employees to look. And there isn't a small bag of mozzarella sticks. I'm not gonna lie, "this lady insisted, saying she packed this order herself.I would believe her. But she refused to help. I would accept a refund or just replace the order that I got charged for.I got charged for bout $2.35 for 4 pieces of mozzarella sticks. I never got them.The next best solution for me was askin " You know what? I'm really not gonna argue for $2.35. Just charge me for a new order then.Cause like being adamant so people can't get free food I get.But like lady, I didn't get my full order, and customer service wasn't worth even coming here. I'm just gonna avoid this Burger King. Or just check my order after they handed it to me through the drive-through and check before driving away from the window.I really don't wanna be this idiot but I think I'll have to do this.

Waited in drive thru for almost an hour. 2 cars in front, cashier did not respond, car in front of me took 10 minutes to order. Cashier was friendly that took my order but overall was dismal for a fast food drive thru.

Went through drive thru made it home and realized I received the wrong order. Drove back to get an attitude from the person at the register to question what i asked for. She told the people in the back to make what i wanted and get home and almost no bacon in the burger. It's ridiculous that they barely put any and i had to drive all the way back for them to give me the correct order. This isnt the first time they get my order wrong ive never complained before. But what annoys me the most is the attitude you get for asking for what you went there for.

I try to avoid this place. I've been here a few times and each time I always get my order wrong. Today I reluctantly went here because my son wanted to have their new spider man burger promotion. I thought why not give them another chance. We went through the drive thur to order. They sold out of the spider man burger and he opted for their kids meal which had the spider man promo toy included. I order my son a plain cheese burger with bacon kids meal. I ordered a whooper meal. We got to the window and paid for my food. I received our drinks. I waited 10 minute before being handed to bags. I looked inside and it was missing my son's burger. I waited a few more minutes for the burger. When I was given the bag I asked the lady if it was plain with bacon. The worker said yes and I left. I parked in their lot to check and sure enough my son's burger wasn't plain. So we went inside and requested to have it fixed. So they made it. Waited another 5 minutes. Before leaving I checked again and it was missing the bacon this time. I had them redo the order and they finally got it right. This is the last time I will be going to this burger King. There is sometime wrong with their communication
