I went to pick up a food order that I placed through the application and the cashier Gonzalo was bad at serving me and completing my order, then I changed some points on the application and with an arrogant attitude he told me that he didn't know what those points were for that he didn't know use nothing from Carls Jr's application because he doesn't use that, terrible customer service

Had major surgery and the first day without a caregiver, and great Pain I made my way down to get a hand, breaded, chicken, bacon sandwich, and That is not what I got, They did not offer to fix it or get me a new sandwich. The blank behind the counter looked at me like a deer in headlights.You ask at the bottom what I would recommend I ordered what I would recommend but now I would recommend that someone go elsewhere as I will be doing
