I ordered the Big Angus bacon guacamole burger and got one thin patty with no guacamole. When I went up and asked about it, the manager was there and initially said that's not the big Angus bacon guacamole burger but then looked to confirm my order was what I said and then said oh yeah this is the big Angus bacon guacamole burger just like you ordered and refused to discuss it further. Not only terrible customer service but blatent dishonesty and laziness. Avoid this location at all cost. In fact makes me not want to go to Carl's Junior in the future.

I always come through the drive thru late at night and the current employee (Christian) is so nice. Another employee used to work nights and was never smiling and made me feel like I was bothering him. But not Christian. He is always smiling and very detailed with his job. He makes coming to Carl’s a delight.
