Great service from the manager, John! They had some weird automated voice at the drive thru that kept getting my order wrong and interrupting me every 2 seconds, but John took over and took my order correctly and sent me on my way very quickly!Thanks John!

I like to come to this spot at night after my work and they are great but I'm writing this comment because of the horrible ai that couldn't take my order right. Frustrating when I just want my dinner and go home after a long day of work.

Been to this location several times and wait times are ridiculous. The fact that I'm staying in the hotel 500ft away and it's taking over 20 minutes to get food and still 3rd car away from actually achieving and receiving the food is ridiculous. I can tell management and especially upper management are disconnected from this place. The worst Carls Jrs I've been to ever. I don't blame employees I blame management. Sorry from the top up. Rather franchise or company owned just horrible. As I'm leaving this review it's an additional 5 minutes before I moved up. Close this place down and build a Starbucks or even better yet just make it a parking spot.

The lady told me I needed to go through the drive-through again when I placed an online order in the drive-through I waited 10 minutes for the person in front order and then there was no one behind me when I placed my order and she said I needed to go through the drive-through again I just left. Horrible service won't be coming back.
