The service was good. Staff was friendly and very pleasant. I do wish the drive through lanes where a big larger tho and not so much of a tight turn in. The also have the other street blocked off so you’re forced to pull forward into the drive through.

I like this place and most of their food except they can't get their waffle fries right. I always find them a bit soggy and undercooked. They refuse to do them well-done, on request, like In-n-Out. Wish they had a better lite lemonade. Still far too sweet, too many calories.

It was upsetting that they threw my breakfast order away because I showed up to the counter 5 mins after 10:30 I ordered around 10:20 on my app for pick up , I was in the restaurant using the restroom and showed up to the counter to pick up after 10:30 They charged me and said they would return the money back to my card , but I wanted my food, I cant believe they throw food out like that 😒

Last night, my son went to the drive-through and ordered $60 worth of food. At the time he was informed that he would not be able to get the two large mac & cheese and small mac & cheese that he ordered. Since it was so late in the evening, they didn’t have enough. So they gave him two small mac & cheese. Needless to say they failed to remove the two larges. In addition, they failed to add the Kayle crunch that was ordered. This was the second time that a situation like this had occurred. This is roughly a $12 difference in the bill.
They would not accommodate making my filets without marinade. I was told the filets come that way, but I know they dont. I have been a red card member for 10+ years. I have visited many CFAs that will. I have a low sodium diet and do not care for the CFA marinade; taste or smell. It was a simple ask. Simply don't add the marinade.
