Was parked and told that they were waiting on fries, before we pulled away we asked to make sure our sauce was in the bag, they said they will have them in there.
We pull to the side where our food is brought out by Adiel, my food was not only missing sauce but the fries that we had parked for came out half empty as a Large?? I payed the extra amount for it to just be a small anyways and I had to park..
I understand a mix up of sauces but when you’re parking...

OMG soooo Nice and clean
So good, quality chicken just melted in My mouth
Waffle fries were cooked purrrfectly.
Customer Service is incredible
TY so much for a wonderful dining experience
OH the banana pudding shake is Awesome!!!!

I was just at Chick-fil-A and I have to say these workers are amazing, I am a person who loves hunny with everything and never gets enough so when u went through the drive through to place my order I told the amazing worker that I wanted hunny “ not 1 not 2 not even 5 I want like handfulls” the worker proceeded to assure me and take the rest of our orders. Before pulling off the worker told us that he will be making sure I get 20 packets, which the whole car found hilarious....
