I ordered at the restaurant take out area when I arrived. I ordered BBQ boneless chicken wings with ranch, a mushroom Swiss burger with French fries and a half a rack of BBQ ribs with garlic grilled mushrooms and asparagus, plus a dragonfruit iced tea, no ice. It took about 15 minutes after I placed the order to receive my food. Everything tasted delicious.
I had tried to order online through their website, but it kept saying the mushroom Swiss burger wasn't available at this location. However it was available when I walked in and ordered it to go.
Will be back for other meals when I'm in the area.

One of the worst experiences we’ve had at a Chili’s.
Our group came in for a team lunch on Thursday, July 24th, and what started as a good visit quickly turned into a very disappointing and upsetting experience.
Our original server was great, friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome. Unfortunately, once his shift ended, we were assigned a new server who was rude, dismissive, and made it very clear she wanted us to leave.
We decided to move to the bar area, hoping for a better experience, but things only got worse. The bartender refused to serve us, claimed we couldn’t sit at a table of five (saying “only four per table”), and kept giving us a hard time while other (white) guests were freely ordering, sitting in groups, and receiving normal service.
It became painfully obvious that we were not welcome at this Chili’s location because we are Latinos. The tone, attitude, and treatment we received were completely different from what others were experiencing around us.
This was not just bad service it felt like targeted discrimination. Very disappointed and hurt by the way we were treated. We will not be returning to this location.

I gave one star because the general manager is condescending and rude. I received my food after customers that were seated after me. I ordered chicken fajitas well. They weren't well, but they were tough. I didn't ask for the manager. She took it upon herself to come to my table with her rude, condescending attitude. Shame on Chilis! I am a longtime customer. She needs customer service training. The other managers are great.

Server bailey was not attentive and was caught in a lie that she then made justification for the rest of the night and the whole interaction was just strange.
Place was slower than I’ve ever seen it yet it took way longer to get our food, maybe our server was spinning more lies
Asked runner for ranch, never got it.
Watched table behind us have to ask for their chips and sala 4-5 times before someone went and got it.
As a chilis lover this was like the twilight zone. Weird experience

Steak was cooked perfect and the food was over all great!! But what stood out most was the service. Mr. Lex is quite possibly the GOAT of waiters!!! Tell him we said “WHATS YOUR NAME”

Went for lunch. Had server (and I use the term loosely) Sheryl. Have eater out hundreds of times, I would seriously rate her in the top 3 worst servers I've ever had. She does not rate well enough to represent chili's. Food was great as usual. Management needs to evaluate her and take the necessary steps to improve her skills.

When they sell you chips they give tiny salsa containers not enough to go with the hips than they nickel and dime you to death if you want enough salsa to go with the chips .
