CHOP IT UP is a hidden gem for wraps and salads. From the freshness of their ingredients to the healthy variety of menu options; it's my go-to spot! The people working there are friendly too. It's the perfect place for a quick, healthy, and tasty meal. Highly recommended!

I’ve had this place a few times. All the ingredients taste the same. I can bite into a cucumber and a tomato and they both taste like water. The dressings are ok but overall it’s always flavorless. Portion size is good though.

Was about to order from this establishment but after reading the replies of the owner under some reviews made me change my mind. Good luck with this attitude you are giving to your customers. Just wow. ??

The chicken wrap I ordered tasted good, the chicken was warm which seems weird, I thought it would be cold, IF I go back, next time I'll ask for cold. The bigger problem I had was that the wrap was extremely watery, leaking out all over the table, the thin paper around the wrap and most importantly all over my clothes. Probably going to have to throw away that article of clothing. Not sure where the water came from, I'm assuming the thing the tomatoes were sitting in(?) because everything else in the wrap was dry from which it was sitting in before it went in the wrap. The prices are pretty high, definitely did not expect to pay that much for just 1 sandwich. Overall, the wrap tasted fresh but the things I mentioned I might keep walking to the greek place since I know its always going to be what I like.

My daughter and I decided to try this little convenient place out, as we enjoy healthy Mediterranean style salads. This place is terrible. The service is sparse and absurdly slow. Seems like this is a ploy to look like they have a demand-based line coming out of their tiny store. Nope. It’s nothing more than a slow cashier tallying up the $17 salads, which are plain, at best. I had the tri-tip, which was overcooked, and grisly, and way overpriced. The restaurant is small and dirty and the food and its presentation is not worthy of more than an $8 salad price, at best. I seriously doubt this place will be around long. ??

I paid $25 for just one salad that wasn't even that good. Everything is way over-priced. Not coming back.

I just paid $25.43 for this small bowl lol. Chicken had been sitting for at least 2 days. Ridiculously overpriced.EDIT: After reading other reviews and responses from the owner. The price is not justified. There are other places that cost $10 less and provide larger portions. I order this in person so no price gouging from a 3rd party.

Incompetent staff, overpriced food, and tiny portions.Going to this place is always a chore. If ordering online, you MUST use their website to order full menu. Doordash, etc. Have limited selection. Contantly getting orders wrong anyway, then you have to explain multiple times what they did wrong before they understand.Paid $8 for this tiny cup of soup (can for size referenc) and my wife got a wrap... total was over $20. Put in order online and took them 15 minutes longer than the projected pickup.time to be ready with the order, which is normal. Pretty sure every time we've ordered, there's been and an issue. One time they "forget" to put the order in.*2-10-2023 EDIT IN RESPONSE TO RESTAURANT'S REPLY: Thank you for admitting that you messed up the order by giving me the wrong size. I wasn't aware of that, but it's probably why we got a message stating our order was ready 40 minutes AFTER we already picked it up. Of course, as I clearly stated, there are problems with past orders.Perhaps you messed up someone else's order as well and are getting things conflated. My spouse placed the order at 3:20 (according to the receipt) and it was supposed to be ready by 4. It was not. Not sure how you can check the cameras when you don't even know who we are. You can keep your our money. We just won't patronize your business any more.

Does not abide by stated hours. Came in 20-30 minutes before close and was told they weren't taking any more customers. Not very professional.

I just ordered a tri-tip rice bowl; paid $25 for take out and there was literally 3 bites! Last time I ordered ChopIt up was up by the mall and their portions were large - enough for 2 people for $13!! It’s doubled in price and 1/4 the meal! I won’t be going back.
