I love the wings at Chuy's. I may be biased as I worked at the Chuy's in Moorpark when I was in highschool when it first opened some 30+ years ago ( I am having a hard time believing it's been that long) I was hired as a waiter and ended up being a dish washer cause I had long hair.. Anyways maybe the people have changed but the food hasn't and I still enjoy it. I usually get an order of wings to start followed by the Killer chicken and Tri-tip combo. I had that the other day and it is still just good food...If I was to complain about anything it would be Id like bigger portions. I am a big eater though. What they serve is probably more than enough for the average person. Other than that I love the food and the atmosphere. Its a good place to hook up with friends and watch the game..n

I go to the west location and it's a totally different vibe(much better). There were like 4 people in the whole restaurant and it took her 15 minutes to help us then she got snotty because we asked to see a menu because I didn't have my phone. She sure let me know that they have a menu but you need to use a phone to get to it with an attitude so anyways my friend orders I order and I plainly go I would like chicken wings with no sauce can I have ranch and Baja on the side and she goes original and I go No sauce on the wings on the side please.. So I get my wings a few minutes later and this is not the cook's fault but she slaps down the food and I look at it and I'm like ma'am I want it without sauce that's why I came here to have original wings without sauce and she goes our original wings have sauce on them and I'm like that's not what I told you though I told you I don't want sauce on anything put it on the side. She copped a big attitude like she was right I was wrong I let it go and just said I didn't want it and she went back gave the cook an air foal about me totally Snoddy as hell and we will never ring our football games there or are baseball teams to this place anymore cause of Mercedes'snotty attitude. Is this a place people come work when they can't strip anymore. Maybe why the guy before me was trying to walk out on his bill because of our attitude who knows I'll never be back there again to deal with her ever Have a great life being rude to people working at chewy's

This was terrible. It's sad and laughable how bad the food was. Wings were shooting with vinegar, I took a bite and could not even touch the rest. Frozen chicken tenders, glue like cheese nachos with dry chicos meat. The chicken tacos had a funky taste and the shrimp just tasted wrong to eat. It was all very off and lacking color. Everything looked so pale and sad.

Dive Bar! They are lucky to have the Chuy's name because that is all that is going for it. Not even the chips are good at this place. The two you girls the work the bar are nice but if anyone else is working be prepared for rude service.

They have great Natchos and don't scrimp on the portion size.

Well I don't normally do this unless it's an uplifting post however, I couldn't help but put my two cents in here. we came for lunch today upon entering the person tending the bar and the food orders was so rude she couldn't make eye contact she didn't say hello not friendly at all. She has no business working with the public. we didn't order drinks because we don't drink but we ordered food. The food was amazing the chef there is amazing however we will not be back. new to town and decided to try this establishment because we went to the one in the middle of town a few days ago and it was a difference between night and day. The one in the middle of town everyone was friendly they said hello to you they even made sure my water cup was filled at all times. This person behind the bar at this end made it a point to say well when I like customers I'm nice to them which she didn't even know us cuz we never had been in there before she was very friendly with the people at the bar who were obviously regulars it just makes me a little sad because I live closer to this end than the middle of town and I would have made that one of my spots not going back there at all and please tell Tina or Gina or whatever her name is to be nice to her customers no wonder that place is dead.

Tacos not what I expected. The other Chuys is much more pleasant and the crunchy tacos are crunchy fried . I was not very satisfied with the food there were no utilsils nor was there any napkins . The waitress was nice pleasant and cute. Sorry
