My husband purchased some ice cream (delicious as always), and also purchased the 6 pack cookie ice cream sandwiches that were in their freezer…it was Disgusting! The cookies were stale and not edible. Extremely disappointing as it was not cheap and I ended up throwing away because nobody would eat them in the house.

My daughters new favorite ice cream spot! Employees were great! Had a wonderful attitude and nicely bantered with us! Ice cream tasted wonderful and if you cannot find a combo of ice cream and toppings you like here... you may not ever find one! Will be back.... Often!

I hate to leave bad reviews but I'm truly upset for how my baby sister was treated , she ordered a shake and accidentally dropped it , she then proceeded to clean it up because she felt bad and was trying to ask for a rag or a mop from 3 DIFFERENT EMPLOYEES & they all proceeded to ignore her , didn't offer to help her clean it up , they were so rude that another customer complained and asked them to help her and guess what they didn't ! I understand it's frustrating and annoying when people make messes but to not even offer to help her or give her assistance is ridiculous nor did they give her a new shake or offer her to make her a new one ( clearly she knew she would have to buy another one but they didn't even ask her if she needed help or if she wanted another shake ) unbelievable for the price you're paying

I wish I could love this place but I don't know what the purpose is when you get ice cream from there and it's so melted you can't even eat it it's like dripping out of your cup and going all over the table and this is seconds after we ordered it so we had to pack it up and put it in our freezers and hopes that it'll freeze nice and hard

This location has a very pleasant seating area outside. The mall itself has many water features and a few eateries along with a Vons market. My best advice if you come on a very busy day..... order online. Sometimes the line is long and does not move very quickly especially during hot months. We usually order the same items. My diabetic husband is pleased they offer a sugar free option called vanilla light ice cream. I always go for the banana chocolate shake. Service is great and we love to stop here on the way home from the Simi valley dog park . Water for the dog even though she would love to try the ice cream.
