I had a bad experience at Costco in Simi Valle on 2/24/2024 in the costumer service area, they ignore people, they are not capable of working with people and even more so, ignoring it, it seems that one asks them for things for free. I love the product it has Costco but I think the costumer service are need trainings to be more polite with the people thank you!
Costco tire center review. Don't waste your time at this center. In order to guarantee your appointment for replacement, you have to purchase tires and take them with you. If lug nuts are not available then they won't help you. Assistant Manager stepped up and helped fix the issue with another center. I am giving one star for manager helping out but next time try somewhere else.

Good deals as always but many of the staff members are rude at this particular location. I go weekly because it's Costco but I just don't understand how the staff gets away with being so rude. Who is training these people!? The people on the entry and exit are always great. The returns people are also ok. The cashiers and food court, it really depends.
