Dairy Queen (Treat)

When I think about restaurants or fast food, whenever you achieve the upper eschilon of having your name abbreviated or shortened, it's because people have cause to say it so many times that there is serious time savings.
DQ is always great, no exception this time!
Of course there is a wait, good things come to those that wait.
Of course the food is hot when it should be or cold when it's dangling upside down in front of my face (still worries me even though I'm sure it never spills).

5 stars!!! I am not the most avid Ice Cream enjoyer but I gotta say the blizzards here are amazing. The staff was very friendly and helpful and even gave me a little extra as a kind gesture. Will definitely be coming again!

Absolutely amazing experience! I brought my kids in for a little after-school treat and we were all so impressed. Despite being busy, the staff handled everything smoothly. Aryan, who I believe is the owner, was incredibly helpful and efficient. He made sure our order was just right and even took a moment to engage with my kids, which they loved. Everything was fresh, delicious, and served with a smile. The Blizzards were perfection. This Dairy Queen is a gem—definitely our go-to spot from now on!

Bought a banana split today. It was almost $10. The ice cream amount was very small, the banana was overly ripe, and the sauces were not enough to cover the ice cream! On top of that, the cashier tried to keep some of my change back!! Buy your banana split somewhere else!!!

It's nice that the owner wrote a long response. The brown banana was the best that you had on hand. Buy fresher fruit. Your portions are not proportionate to your price. Your cashier was NOT going to give me the correct change. I don't care if it was 3 pennies. It was my money. Are you admitting that your employee doesn't know how to count? Thank you for not accepting any responsibility. I will not be giving you my money in the future. Your long, narcissistic response was unprofessional.

Outside had trash and garbage strewn around. Inside was dirty, almost left and went to another ice cream shop.

I can't believe I am giving my first one star to this place. I roll my eyes when I see one or two stars and sharing their story. So I don't want to do that here. If you are the manager reading this you have my number. I came in Monday for a cake order to be picked up on Saturday. I had asked the cake decorator to call me to discuss if it was possible if we can do a banana split cake.

I walked into the Dairy Queen at 9:30. It smelled terrible. It was 30 minutes prior to closing and the worker told us that they are only serving cones because they’re cleaning up. Why would you clean up prior to closing the store and not serve the customers? Dairy Queen has a national reputation to uphold. Very disappointed!

Ice cream was soupy. By the time you get about half way done it’s practically melted. It’s like they don’t let it process long enough in the ice cream machine.

Not the place for a Blizzard; nobody else in there got a Blizzard and we should've taken the hint. Runny and didn't get the flavors we ordered.

Sadly customer service seems to be a thing of the past. No place is there a sign posted saying no bills over $20 accepted.

Me and a few people walking in probably 15 minutes before close and they said they can only do cones or cups. Closing early sucks for the customers.
