They gave me a melted buster bar and then got mad at me cause I asked for a replacement, after the kid called his manager he replaced it with a baby ice cream cone and told me I should be happy with it. Horrible service! I even gave the kid a $5 tip on a $14 order.

I hadn't been to Dairy Queen in quite some time.. I was lured in by a digital coupon. One associate ran the show by herself, and did a great job! The cold treats are made with soft serve , which is a tad too soft for my liking. The warm weather helps your treat melt very quickly. I enjoyed a small Blizzard for a steal of a price of .85 cents! It was definitely worth the price! Had I paid the full price of a lil over $5, I'd have been disappointed. The small size was really quite small, and turned into soup all to quickly. If you have a nice discount avail, I'd say go for it. If not, you may consider stretching your treat dollars further elsewhere.

I have been in a lot of Dairy Queen's but I have to say this one is different in a good way, Though it's just Dairy Queen and all should be spot on the same the people were friendly efficient and helpful. Despite the bad reviews this one has hope and would consider reassessing your experience and giving them a chance. The inside is clean, simple and straight to the point, Buster bars are my favorite

I hate to do this, but the service was so blatantly rude that I had to comment. Black man walking in with my 5 year daughter after her long day at kindergarten, we place simple order for one small vanilla cone and one medium vanilla cone. We order, we pay, we find a table to sit at. An older white woman walks in with two girls around the same age as my kid. They order, they pay, and they get their order RIGHT AWAY. By now, my daughter is asking me where her ice cream is at because, I know she observed the same thing I did. It wasn't until I stood at the counter that we finally got our two cones. Another learning lesson for daughter in good ol' Simi Valley! I

I've been getting ice cream at Dairy Queen since I was a kid. Although the ice cream was classic, the store itself was disgusting. Not a clean table to be found and there were dirty napkins and plastic lids on the floor. It was so awful we did not want to sit inside.My dipped cone was not dipped all the way onto the cone so it started leaking my hand.Overall very disappointed.
