They had the most tasty cookie butter milkshake its to die for along with some donut bites, So it's a complete meal with desert included.Kid-friendliness: They have a great kids menu, or you can get the snack size items if you don't find something your child likes on the kids menu, so there's something for everyone in the family to enjoy.

I've been coming to this location since I was a kid and it used to be a lot better! On numerous occasions I've ordered various menu items and have added green sauce only to find I never get it even though I paid 25 cents extra. Another time my family and I went late at night and ordered chili cheese fries...I don't know what this guy gave us,but it wasn't chili cheese fries... it had jalapeños and other toppings. We went back to the drive-thru and the guy working literally argued with us saying it was his own creation of chili cheese fries. Ummm ok? You literally have to check everything you order to make sure it was made correctly which is difficult if you are ordering via drive-thru. I really hope this location can get it together because I love Del Taco which is why I keep putting myself through all this trouble. If you go here I suggest eating inside to make sure everything you ordered is made correctly!

If I could leave this place 0 stars, I would. I came home drunk at 5am and ordered del taco and got a burger with asada fries only to find a toe nail clipping in my last bite. I swear this is a nail, I'm so grossed out by this fact. Horrible experience, will never even considering eating out again because of this. Extremely gross.

You know it’s unfortunate when you go to a place and spend your hard earned money to purchase food for your family and get mistreated. I drove through the drive thru to place an order. The worker was so rude. The man in the picture said her name was Joana and his Gabriel. He also told me he was the manager. Well Joanna was very rude, rushing me, sighing as I placed my order as though I was inconveniencing her. I asked for her name at the window and the other manager told me she didn’t know her name. That was that… made it home just to not have all of my order and had to drive back. This was probably a case of “NO BLACKS ALLOWED;” At least that’s how it made my family (who was also in the car) and I feel. Some stuff is ridiculous and that entire staff needs to be retrained and taught morals and character. Del Taco on Enchanted Way in Simi Valley is disgraceful, WHO laughs at a customer who just made a complaint. That’s demeaning and I’m not going to stop here I’m going to share this reveie to every Del Taco from here to Los Angeles. That was so disrespectful.

I ordered a large fries and a large sprite that’s it. And they completely messed up my order. I told the guy at the register the order is wrong. He just gave me a side eye and didn’t seem to care. I ended up getting charged 15.09! For 5 bean burritos!I will not be returning. Overall a frustrating experience.

Just got back from this del taco. Haven't been in over a year. Now I remember why? Ordered just 2 single Del cheeseburgers and 1 fry. Food was hot and service was ok .. but the burgers have gone down hill. The reason I used to love them they were always juicy and thicker than others and still a good price. Not anymore. 2 burgers and 1 med fry was just under 10.00 and the burgers were all bread. No meat and a tiny pinch of lettuce and sauce. Probably won't order that again but their tacos are good !
