Ordered 2 epic burritos, asked for a lot of mild sauce because the burritos were huge, I only got 6 and when I asked for more she said she couldn't give me anymore. Asked for a receipt so I could get the points but was told the printer was down and there's no way to get the order number... Customer service at this location has gone to shat the last few times I've come here. I only go to this location because it's along my route home but I'll start going to the one off of sycamore instead.

It was pathetic. Ordered a del beef burrito, fries, taco & drink. First the fries were old and cold, the taco may have been a veggie taco cause the little stream of meat was terrible and the soda needed syrup because all you could taste was soda water with a hint of something. When trying to explain to young kid that I had a problem with my menu I was met with just a blank stare and silence. Spoke to so called management and they could only give excuses no solution. The fries were supposedly fresh, bull no one was in there and they were already up when I ordered. The taco is the way they come but for extra I can get double meat. And yes they will check into soda dispenser, gave me a soda from drive thru area, never once going over to check while we were in there. No wonder it was dead in there why would you waste your time and money in a place that doesn't care to correct a situation, at least make some fresh fries for goodness sake even if the amount of meat is the alotted amount their allowed to put in, which I can't believe it is that small. Won't go back no matter the fact I get coupons every week for there. What a waste. Would love to be their secret shopper and report them every week until they correct all that's wrong there. Starting with training if employees.

Super inconsistent with food portions. I ordered an epic burrito w add ons and extra chicken for $12 and got back a burrito smaller than my hand. Its the size of the 2$ burritos. I didnt get my extra chicken. I called to arrange something with them and no one ever picks up.

Del Taco always hits the spot. The tacos are tasty, the burritos are filling, and the fries are way better than you’d expect from a taco place. The service is quick and the food comes out fresh, which makes it an easy go-to when you want something fast but still good. Perfect for a late-night run or a quick lunch.

The food is decent, but the workers are not. I passed and they had 2 girls in the drivethru. The one taking orders literally seemed like she hated her job. She didnt feel welcoming and was rude over the speaker. When I went up to the window, another girl basically threw the terminal at me to pay, no eye contact, ignored me whwn I was being a decent human being and saying hi. I asked for more sauce and she gave me a mug look as well as the girl behind her taking orders. If you're gonna hire what seems to be highschool girls, atleast give them proper training on how not to make the business lose people or get bad reviews.

What can I say: fast food Faux Mexican food of a combo burrito with a lot of super spicy hot sauce in the bag I retrieved from the drive-thru window.
No complaints... everything was as I'd expected abd the food was hot and acceptable, made even better by the Inferno sauces I'd applied (8 packets.)

I eat at Del Taco once in a while. Great food and prices even as inflation is going up. I use the app and coupons for deals. The atmosphere is usually quiet, as I show up mostly at night. Furthermore, the place is clean, and the customer service is excellent. Probably my only real complaint, is it's cold to sit there, even when the outside temperature is cold. I know it's because the kitchen is hot and if there were no fans and AC, the restaurant would be too warm and humid to eat inside. I'll continue to buy my Del Taco food from this location.
