Go in for take out order on January 2nd, I place order at 10:54. Guy in front said give me 10 minutes, then proceeds to have me wait 40 minutes. Give me my receipt 30 minutes into waiting, saying “the kitchen is backed up” while making sure all orders in the restaurant are getting taken care of. Very judgmental and selfish of this gentleman. Will not be coming here again.

Good service, good price and good food. That’s Denny’s objective, when opening new locations. This one has had a shaky start, but has definitely improved. The new restaurant feel is still an asset.

Service was super slow and there was almost no one else in the restaurant so there was no need for them to be that slow.

The girl who helped me was great, she took my order quickly and got everything exactly right. The cooks killed it, my eggs and hash browns were cooked to perfection, all this even though it seemed like they were short staffed.

Ugh!! So Simi Valley has disappointed me from the hotels to now Dennys. I had a simple order to be delivered to my hotel, in town from San Diego. Our food was literally down the street. The order was thrown in the bag and boxes. 1 Grand Slam looked like a kids plate. I did not receive my fruit, nor my orange juice or bottled water. The cinnamon pancake puppies where just puppies. 5 of them. We recieved 2 sryups, for the pancakes. I asked for 4. I was so disappointed. I called and the young lady was nice offering her apologies for the mistakes and to refund me for the water and juice. The food was not even warm, and the restaurant is down the street.

The staff can't get a to- go order correct. They forget the utensils, butrwr and syrup that goes with the order........and then the y spin around the screen asking for a tip.
Shame on you!!!!!!!!
The Grand Slam and the 55+ Breakfast Menus are my favorite. The food is well prepared, the service provided by Marcos and Raul outstanding, and the restaurant is very clean.
My wife and I came in for lunch Thursday, and our meal was delicious and served hot. Excellent server and clean restaurant.

Three of us go there every Monday for “coffee therapy.” We’ve tried different places but have settled for Denny’s because of the friendly service from Marco and Raul who readily accommodate our individual requests. In addition, their prices are very reasonable.

This is my favorite breakfast spot in Simi Valley. It has delicious French toast and warm friendly staff. Marcos is a fantastic waiter and makes breakfasting out a treat.
Dietary restrictions: Easily substituted egg whites for regular eggs.

We go when we want a basic meal. They offer a good and consistent product at a fair price. It's one of our regular stops on long road trips, with breakfast being our favorite time.
