Picture this, you go to the only Donut shop open in Simi on New Years (according to google). You arrive to donut plus only to gang of randoms outside gambling or maybe even a rooster fighting ring for all i know. Anyway you can bet that me and my date high tailed it outa there. Update times plz

The doughnuts are pretty fresh typically however I have had the experience the last few times of doughnuts tasting like old oil. That is a common problem with doughnuts shops thinking they can skimp on using good quality oil to fry with or reusing it til it almost tastes rancid. I know the family works very hard that owns it, and I appreciate that, they just are pretty grouchy overall. Or maybe I go too early and they aren't fully awake yet..I don't hate their store...

I have been going here since I've lived here in Simi Valley. Sometimes in a row. Then off and on. Never disappointed other than they don't open for another 2 hours so gotta wait. They used to be open 24/7. The town has changed alot from the 1990 when I moved here. Everything is fresh made daily. Good place.
