Good customer service, their regular hot coffee with lil bit of milk taste good, their cappuccino taste good & almost the same price with the regular coffee!!! Their coffee blended drinks taste good & good price!!! Their bakery (croissant & friends) taste good, not that sweet, and good price as well!!! Their truffle chocolates taste good!!! They're selling some home decors & gifts that are cute. i just don't like the ambience, a little too dark & witchy, feels like going to a psychic place or witchcraft shop.

The coffee is delicious. The pastries are amazing. The decor inside is always on point with the time of year, which is impressive!
The service could be a bit better. The girls working at the front area with the chocolates are great. They always welcome you with a smile and make you feel super welcome.
The ones running the back coffee counter ... well I feel bad because not all are like this, but one rotten apple has ruined it for them. This one person just seemed a bit miserable, and not just on one occasion. I dread having her take my order because I just feel like she doesn't want to be there and now that energy is going into my food.
Overall, I think this place is great. I will continue to go there, as I always have, because their treats are worth dealing with a moody teenager lol

At least 3 times a year I take a drive out to Dr. Conkey’s to grab some sugar free chocolate for my parents. I’ve had such a hard time finding good tasting sugar free candy options, but this place has a great selection. I’m also really impressed with the extensive selection of nostalgic candy.

I have considered this to be the best coffee in town for years. Yet, I sadly and mistakenly do not visit hear as often as I should. Got me a Dogshooter with a couple extra shots today. I was immediately reminded of why there really is no other coffee place anywhere in this town that comes close.Don't even get me started about the candy. It is criminally great!

I lived in Simi till I was 19 years old. From the time I can remember we went to Dr. Conkey's for treats and coffee. I left Simi in 2019 and just recently took my 5 kids here for a trip back home. Not much has changed. The fortune teller, the old general store feel, and the aromas brought me back to nostalgia. Love this place and so did the kids. Their fudge is still the bomb.
