I would have to say this place was a 10/10! I’ve never been to a DD before and I can say my experience was great! The food and drinks were delicious and the cost of everything was priced well. The workers had great customer service, very welcoming especially the worker that was helping me out; I believe her name was Destiny. Everything was 10/10 will come again; definitely recommend!

So glad to have a Dunkin’ in Simi! The staff are all nice and friendly. The Smores frozen drink specifically has been my recent addiction. Definitely recommend the Ham and Swiss croissant, overall, love this place and its workers!

The best customer service I have experienced in a while. Both the staff and manager were extremely helpful with my large order of five dozen donuts and eight box of coffee. It was a last minute order and they fulfilled it and also help me out to my car. thank you Dunkin Simi Valley.

I am only giving 3 stars because I am giving a negative review not on the service but on management. I was picking up an order at 9:30am on a Sunday and there was only TWO PEOPLE working behind the counter. The drive through was long and there was a few people in the lobby. After a few minutes a third person walked out from the back and there was only 3 people working for the 20 min I was waiting. Management, please do better. The best way to show that you don't care about your employees is by understaffing them. Even if people called out, how come there was no management working? No apparent manager was there directing or helping them. I would like to keep this dunkin here but the service, quality, and speed will continue to suffer if your employees are continuously understaffed and overworked. I have been to this dunking a few times now and each time it has been extremely slow because there was no enough people working. Please staff your employees accordingly.
Edit: I have visited this dunkin twice since this review and I am happy to say that my experiences the last two times were phenomenally better. The coffee tasted better and the drive through was appropriately timed. Each time i visited there was an adult gentleman that seemed to be manning the drive through. I hope this improvement stays and I am happy to have dunkin in Simi Valley. I am changing my review to 4 stars.
I’ve ordered here before, Tbh it’s not worth if you want your coffee made incorrectly, I ordered an ice coffee with cold foam and looked at it and they barley put any cold foam like literally you couldn’t see it it looked like a drizzle of cold foam and the coffee tasted gross. Even the employee don’t even seem to care about their job, they basically just look like they are doing nothing and just doing for the check. I wouldn’t even give it a 1 star. Don’t waste your money here.

Yea i don’t know what’s going on but the coffee i want is bad, i got some iced coffee in the morning for pickup tasted HORRIBLE so i threw it away and evening i sent my boyfriend to get me coffee maybe the app didn’t say the exact amount and still tasted horrible i have not idea what’s going on but tbh im not getting dunkin coffe from there again

If you don’t enjoy Coffee Flavored Water i wouldn’t come here probably the worst coffee ever.. i tried this place three times and ordered Dark Roast you literally could see through the coffee it’s terrible . Went in the trash..
