today my kids were craving Dunkin’ Donuts and the closest one to us was the one here in Simi Valley. The customer service was friendly and attentive. Riley was such a sweetheart. Thank you for recommending the cold brew cold foam.

I would have to say this place was a 10/10! I’ve never been to a DD before and I can say my experience was great! The food and drinks were delicious and the cost of everything was priced well. The workers had great customer service, very welcoming especially the worker that was helping me out; I believe her name was Destiny. Everything was 10/10 will come again; definitely recommend!

So glad to have a Dunkin’ in Simi! The staff are all nice and friendly. The Smores frozen drink specifically has been my recent addiction. Definitely recommend the Ham and Swiss croissant, overall, love this place and its workers!
