The food is good for fast food but nothing special. How can you rate service if most of the interaction is with a computer. Even if you ask to order through a person, you are denied.

First of all.. the customer service is absolutely fantastic. Managers keep the team moving. The added bonus is that our food was served hot and delicious. Wow totally pleased. All the other stores should follow by your example.
Ordered a two piece meal with thigh and leg and when opened it at home found backbone. Called them back and the manager basically called me a liar saying they only serve quality chicken. Well if you consider backbone quality this is your stop. Zero star!!!!!!!!!!!!

This El Pollo Loco is unbelievable. The Young Lady who is the manager is the best always friendly and helpful. The staff is top notch and I recommend El Locco to all my friends and business associates. I rate then 10 out 10 "THE BEST"

Got the Overstuffed Quesadilla. It was less than half stuffed of what was shown in the picture, chicken wasn't large enough to even be differentiated from the rest of the stuffing. Expensive also at $10. Better value to get a burrito at a local Mexican restaurant.
