This store is always clean and the staff friendly. Food is usually good. But, you need to be careful with the burritos. We have found small bones in the burritos on several occasions. Better care should be taken when cutting up the chicken.

We haven't been to El Pollo Loco in years and it was the LA Ave location. I always see this location when near this area and we finally went. First, great and easy parking, friendly staff and just roomy. We will be back and btw love their rewards. Most restaurants you have to visit 50 times to even get anything worthwhile, not El Pollo Loco.

Customer service was very helpful.Denise the assistant manager was very helpful she helped me with my catering order for my Christmas party for my office, all my staff enjoyed the meal. They were on time and the food was delicious. I highly recommend the food and service.

I came in after work to order 2 dinners. The person behind the counter completely messed up my order. When I got home and called, the manager was very rude and when I told him I could not drive back he hung up on me. I will NEVER go back. I am going to tell all my friends and patients to never go to your establishment.

This El Pollo Loco has the worst food you can ever get. If you ever order your food "to go", make sure you verify if they gave you fresh cooked chicken before you leave. They gave me old, cooked chicken that are tough, dark probably chicken they couldn't sell early that day. Problem is I was already home and I had visitors, so we had to just eat them. It's not just one bad chicken but all 16 of them in a family meal. You could tell it's not freshly cooked, so they play tricks on you coz you're in a rush to leave. I'm never going back to this branch and would not recommend this place to anyone. My Sister-In-Law said the same thing. They ordered food and experienced the same problem. Old stale chicken and they still serve them.

The store manager is incompetent and unwillingness for helping customers. I had a refund issue, but this manager said there is no way for me to get a refund because I don't remember the staff's name who told me that the refund would be shown a credit card. The manager doesn't even gesturing to find the staff who worked that day.
