The manager was just asked by a customer for cup for their order and she said what? Oh the cashier will give that to you and proceeds to go to the bathroom, most likely to be on her phone ..as if she’s above giving a customer a cup? She always very loud and rude.. do better pollo loco

I’m not even being dramatic when I say this was one of the best fast food experiences of my life. The food? Always fire. That signature flame-grilled chicken hits every single time – juicy, smoky, and full of flavor like it was made with love. But today? The service took it to another level.
There were two ladies working the counter with the BIGGEST smiles and the kindest energy I’ve ever seen in a fast food spot. You could tell they actually enjoyed being there – they were warm, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help. It made me feel like I was walking into my favorite auntie’s kitchen. They didn’t just take my order – they made my day.
Quick service, clean space, hot food, and EXTRAORDINARY customer care? El Pollo Loco, y’all understood the assignment. Give those ladies a raise because THAT is how you keep customers coming back. I left with a full stomach and a full heart. 💛🔥🐔
