Pushy manager pressed me for an order the second I walked in despite having a line of people ordering then got mad when I used the bathroom first. Left without ordering.

I wanted to get the Powerade victory bundle, but the guy at the cash register said you can only get that on the app, doesn't make sense. All this advertising in the store and you can't even order it there.

Used to be a huge consumer of Firehouse subs when I was heavier but went on a diet a couple years ago and lost a bunch of weight. Decided to try out the low-carb sandwich in a bowl option and it was freaking delicious I highly recommend it for people on a keto/low carb diet.I got myself a medium hero bowl.

Wow! Just wow! We just ordered from here for the first time and repeated "Wow", "OMG", "This the best sammich ever" multiple times while we devoured the sandwiches. Delicious!!!

I've been a fan of Firehouse Subs since the day they opened but lately their speed and customer service has been lacking. I've gone in to pickup online orders and have waited well over 10 mins beyond the pickup time. Typically there are 4-5 people making subs without a single of them acknowledging any customers in line. Sadly, I don't expect them to survive much longer.

Never going back again!!!!!! This place has gone down hill. If i can give it 0 stats i would. Worst customer service, food and atmosphere. It not sanitary at all. Been going since they open and noticed it started to go down hill the last couple years.

You're always greeted when you walk through the doors. Even when there's a line I'm quick to be served. They always take time to ask how your day is going. The subs are always made neatly. Just an all around great place to eat. There or to go it's always been a great experience. ?

Parking: Usually in large shopping centers so parking is rarely am issue

Wheelchair accessibility: Ramps and parking spots at every location I've been to.

Last night 8/21/23, 6:05pm I called Simi Firehouse Subs to place an order. I was asked to be put on hold and agreed. I waited 10 minutes and finally I disconnected. Immediately I called back and the call went to voicemail after ringing a few times. I tried calling 10 times and was sent to the voicemail which kept saying the voicemail box has not been set up yet.Believing the store was crowded, I drove over to place our order.What a surprise to me when I walked in and discovered that there was not a single customer in the store. I also I was perplexed when walking through the door, I was not greeted with Hello, or Welcome to Firehouse Subs, or even a smile, when the employees looked at me. All they did was stand there, looking unhappy.I walked up to the counter and asked Andres to speak with the manager. He hesitated, and stated that there was no manager, and it was he with the most authority.I asked him “Where are all the customers,? I called 25 minutes ago and was placed on hold for 10 minutes, then subsequently called back numerous times, with the phone going to voicemail.”He had no answer. I then asked him for the card of the owner which he gave me the card of Nerses Teshoian.I have been a Firehouse neighbor and rewards customer at this store for at least six years. I’ve never had this kind of treatment, nor have I ever seen their employees, not smiling, even this entire time that I waited for my order.I visited your store last week, and had a young lady that waited on me, I ordered two large sandwiches and when I got home and opened up my bag, I ended up with three sandwiches and was charged for three. I’m sure that the problem was miscommunication, and the fact that the music was so loud that neither of us could hear each other and that she spoke so very softly was also an issue.Is it any wonder that so many restaurants in Simi Valley end up failing? Especially the ones near this store. When customers are treated like this, it’s no wonder that they stop coming to these restaurants.And just for the record, the last agreement that was sent by Firehouse, Subs Corporate, indicated that they were reducing the value of the points, to where it would take many more purchases to be able to get a reward. Another reason to take our business elsewhere.
