Firehouse Subs Simi Town Center

I came in today around 1 PM and just wanted to say that every time I visit, I’m always amazed by how welcoming everyone is. Today I ordered the Turkey Bacon Ranch, and it was warm and fresh. Even though they were busy, everything was prepared in a timely manner. The staff always makes sure to greet me and wish me a good day, along with happy holidays. Luis is always there and truly helps make Firehouse a welcoming place. There was also a very kind young lady who made my sandwich quickly while still keeping it fresh and enjoyable I believe she said her name was Kiana. The team works great together and definitely deserves recognition. Happy holidays to all!

I came in today during brunch in the morning with what looked like one of their busiest rushes, and I was seriously impressed. Even with a long line, the staff stayed organized, friendly, and on top of every order. The sandwiches were made perfectly, fresh, well-put together, and came out faster than I expected for how packed it was.The atmosphere here is always warm and welcoming, and today was no exception. The crew looked pretty young. Two employees in particular stood out, a young woman and a man who were hustling nonstop. They were moving quickly, communicating with each other, and doing everything they could to keep customers happy. It’s the kind of effort you rarely see anymore.

All in all, a great experience. If you’re looking for good food, fast service, and a hardworking team, this place deserves your business. I’ll definitely be coming back! Happy thanksgiving to all. 11-26

Sandwiches continue to be great. The crew are ALWAYS helpful and professional. Got a little extra help with my Firehouse app tonight. Our favorite sandwich shop for lunch or dinner.

This place is great! Quality food and the atmosphere is calm with lite music playing in the background. The crew are professional and friendly. I always deal with the staff between 1030-1130am. They are led by their manager John and crew Zachariah and Josh. I just found out that they make Mac and Cheese which is awesome and they even put bacon bits in it for me too! It’s a great place to eat by yourself or family. Come try it out you won’t be disappointed. Thanks guys!
