Awesome people with awesome food! Especially love their chai latte, fresh bagels, and breakfast burritos. It's a little pricier than the coffee chains, but well worth it!

We had an excellent first time experience here. Everyone was friendly and helpful even though they were quite busy. The bagels and cream cheese were delicious, perfectly toasted and with generous portion of spread. My London Fog (earl grey with vanilla) was delicious and appeared to have real vanilla in the syrup. What a wonderful, small business!

Overall not impressed. I got a Get Hooked Bagel Sandwich with sausage…and I’m not hooked on it. The sandwich was large, but not large enough to justify the high price. The taste was mediocre, and the bagel itself was very dry which made the sandwich not enjoyable to eat. Would go somewhere else for breakfast/brunch.

Want mayo on your sandwich? Fifty cents extra.
Want lettuce? Extra.
Want tomato? Extra.
Want onion? Chipotle spread? Cream cheese? Extra!

Basic bagel sandwiches: egg, cheese, bacon, so you’re basically forced to add something. Prices are already high without add ons. A $12 sandwich could end up costing you $20 adding basic toppings which most other places include.
In the end, the bagel is flat and rubbery, and not worth the money, in my opinion.

I wanted to love this place but they just continue to disappoint me over and over. I have given this place more opportunities than deserved... I order from them frequently and have tried different items to try and find something positive to say and my orders either arrive wrong or the food is AWFUL! My final straw was today that I ordered a coffee cake and instead received a banana muffin... Their sandwiches are horrible! 3 out of my last 4 orders have been done incorrectly. I also tried to switch it up today and ordered pancakes and they had no flavor at all and they were greasy! My husband truly enjoys their peanut butter cookies but considering how high the prices are here I expect my orders to be correct or at least of decent quality. Very disappointing...

Very cute place with friendly staff, and I don’t mind paying higher prices for quality. But unfortunately, the sandwiches were really disappointing. The bagels were flat, which suggests the baking process or recipe isn’t being followed properly. As a result, the sandwiches just didn’t taste good. It feels like taste isn’t being prioritized, and that’s a dealbreaker for me. Sadly, I won’t be coming back.
