Nice people! These are your neighbors working hard to make a living. Mulholland breakfast burrito really unique and tasty.

We had an excellent first time experience here. Everyone was friendly and helpful even though they were quite busy. The bagels and cream cheese were delicious, perfectly toasted and with generous portion of spread. My London Fog (earl grey with vanilla) was delicious and appeared to have real vanilla in the syrup. What a wonderful, small business!

Want mayo on your sandwich? Fifty cents extra.
Want lettuce? Extra.
Want tomato? Extra.
Want onion? Chipotle spread? Cream cheese? Extra!

Basic bagel sandwiches: egg, cheese, bacon, so you’re basically forced to add something. Prices are already high without add ons. A $12 sandwich could end up costing you $20 adding basic toppings which most other places include.
In the end, the bagel is flat and rubbery, and not worth...
