We can't be the only ones!!! This hotel is great except for one thing: toilets are for kids, not adults. EVERYTHING ELSE IS GREAT! So, as a result, we will be staying at the best western on madera rd. Can't believe they wouldn't put a few upgraded toilets in a few rooms!!!

There’s nothing fancy about this hotel, the room was clean however they need an update. The pool/hot tub area is nice and the location is right off the highway. There are multiple options for late night food and the employees were all nice.

I would rather stay at a Hilton property. This place puts on a front that it is classy but they nickel and dime you for everything. If you have a choice stay somewhere else. Maybe some place with complimentary coffee 24/7. Try the Hampton or any other Hilton property

Carlos is AMAZING! Our power went out for two days in simi and I just cannot even put into words how well he took care of my 6 year old and myself. We stayed 2 days. Carlos, the maintenance guy, Zach, the new trainee made it sooo comfortable. Thank you so much! What an awesome staff!

I stayed the night here and accidently left my charger in the unit, I called 2 days later and the staff was unable to find the charger and said a manager would call me regarding this. I never got a call and have called multiple times and still no charger. Unfortunate

Surprise surprise there is a 16.00 parking fee. Nobody would come here without a car and accounting for the extra expense I could have easily found something better. Bad position because there is no street parking. I guess the customer service is not that bad. The place is kind of outdated

The hotel was in a great place for where I need to be the next day. The rooms were comfortable and the hotel was quiet nice place to stay.
