Absolutely love Greek House Cafe! It’s family-owned, they don’t use seed oils, and everything tastes incredibly fresh. I also really appreciate their great vegan options. You can truly tell how much care goes into both the food and the overall experience. So happy to support a local, health-conscious spot like this!

Extremely overcooked and mediocre food at very inflated prices. Extremely rude staff that ignores everyone. Places like this need to go out of business.

Good food atmosphere is great if you eat then take out service sometimes a little busy so they forget certain things but all in all this is a great place to eat

I was truly blown away on my first visit to this restaurant. I was craving Greek cuisine for lunch, and honestly, I didn’t know what to expect in Simi Valley. Since my lady and I were in the mood for that kind of food, I simply asked her to punch in the nearest Greek restaurant, and that’s how we ended up at Greek House Café.
From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by vibrant authentic Greek music and a warm, friendly hospitality, complete with smiles from who I believe were the owners. They immediately made us feel comfortable, and it honestly felt like we had stepped into a little corner of Greece.
Our server, a gentleman named Spirow, was wonderful. He shared with us the heartfelt story behind his family-owned business, and you could feel the authenticity, sincerity, and passion in the way he spoke and served. He guided us thoughtfully through the menu and offered suggestions, which we truly appreciated.
When the food arrived, everything changed for us from that moment on, this instantly became our favorite local restaurant in the Simi Valley area. And when I say the food was good… I mean, the food was *really* good. Authentic, flavorful, and absolutely delicious.
The portions were generous without being overwhelming, packed with plenty of meat and salad, leaving us completely satisfied. But what really sealed the deal was the taste; fresh, vibrant, and truly authentic. It felt like we were enjoying a meal straight from the streets of Greece. While I admit I’ve never actually been to Greece, I’ve traveled to many other countries, so I recognize the difference between true authenticity and an Americanized version of a traditional foreign cuisine. This, without question, was authentic.
Greek House Café in Simi Valley is, without a doubt, a must-visit dining spot for anyone who loves genuine flavor. When it comes to Greek cuisine, this place has quickly become my lady’s and my absolute favorite.
Arrived around 7 pm, plenty of seats, but waited too long to be served. My husband got up to get menus & and waited more to be attended, not even a greeting. I'm sad to say the food is not what it used to be. The service was terrible. Once our food arrived, my husband got up to ask for utensils & they forgot our drinks.
Love the place and service, tase and portions are more than great
The only thing some dishes seem too dry, you can tell it’s not cooked by native Mediterraneans or Middle Eastern (like falafel)
Greek House Café has absolutely fantastic food, I have been going here since it used to be called “It’s Greek to Me”
Great gyro sandwiches, and wonderful kebab skewers with lemon potatoes or rice.
Plus, I have never had sweeter, crunchier, or more flavorful pita and hummus anywhere!
Excellent hideaway nestled behind a 7-Eleven. Don’t miss out on this place. I go there all the time.

Food tasted good but is way too pricey. Almost $20 for just a gyro wrap, no fries or salad on side.
Food is amazing and the portions are huge!
Loved this place. Incredible food, great portions, kind servers, quick service. We got the family meal and it easily served 5 adults for like $70 bucks with food to bring home.
We've ordered takeout and enjoyed food at the restaurant and the food is always 👌 all staff was friendly and greeted us. Tastes home made!
Prices have gone up so much by 2.5X since I started coming here. Sadly can eat there anymore and the quality is not the same as before. It shouldnt cost so much for a small order of pita and fries.
