Not happy that I got home and found my food was not what I ordered. Had to drive back across Simi to return and pick up my order that they made wrong. A discount , order of egg rolls, something would have been a nice way to say we are sorry for all your trouble. Bad customer service.

Ordered through Postmates. Was looking forward to it due to high reviews but was very disappointed. Food is Very bland and tasteless. I ordered Panang curry and Drunken noodle, pretty hard to make them bland but it was. Will never order here again.

I’ve had good experiences with this place but they messed up today. My husband ordered take out and they just didn’t see his order until he got there. Waited 30 minutes for the food. If you’re not looking at takeout orders then use a different system.

Great Thai food in Simi! Always consistent in their flavors and fast service! We mostly do pick up orders and enjoy eating them at home! Our faves are the pad se ew and egg plant and pumpkin stir fry!

Late post but this is one of my favorite places to eat Thai food . ( only have 2 Thai restaurants eat from in Simi Valley) I have also ordered from them for our luncheons or staff meetings at work and everyone likes the food . I recommend Herb and Spice. So savory them herbs and spices sure live up to their name !
The Panang Curry is some of the best I've ever had. Everything else on the menu is tasty as well !

We've been here dozens of times and it's been fine. But I needed to post an update to warn people. FOOD POISONING! Last night we ordered 3 things: Pork Pad Thai, Chicken Panang Curry & Orange Chicken. My hubs, my son, and I all shared the food. I didn't eat the orange chicken because it was way overcooked and dried out and tasted like it had been fried in REALLY old/dirty oil. My hubs and son ate it because they'll eat anything. Well today around noon, both of them simultaneously and suddenly came down with food poisoning. A REALLY BAD case of it. Both ends. Can't keep anything down. They are both miserable. Disneyland plans tomorrow have been cancelled, life has haulted. Praying we don't have to take a trip to the ER for dehydration. I tried calling the restaurant to tell them but the phone has given me a busy signal all night. Bottom line - DO NOT EAT HERE!!!

Really liked the food!! The rice is really good more on the salty side, I'm glad it is more salty side than sweet, I have gone to many places and they make the rice too sweet. I tried a shrimp fried rice , a shrimp pad wan sen and some spring rolls, the rolls were very good, not greasy at all. Overall a great experience, the service was very nice too. The place looks clean. I ordered before arriving because it was my lunch hour. Really recommend this place!!

I wish I could give this restaurant 10 stars!!! The food is phenomenal! The staff a quick and very nice! Always smiling and happy. I literally have not had anything here that wasn't good quality ingredients cooked to perfection. The meats are lean and high quality, the soups are made fresh, the Sighai is always ice cold, and the flavors are epic! You will not be disappointed and I am a harsh critic!!Vegetarian options: Yes, plenty of vegetarian optionsKid-friendliness: Yes, they have high chairs and the staff are always nice to the kids and speak and interact with themParking: It's a large strip mall parking lot with decent room
