This is my fourth time coming in to Hikari Sushi. To be honest the quality and creativity of the food gets better every visit. The flavors and presentation are beautiful. Highly recommended for anyone who is looking for a sushi spot in Simi Valley.
It was amazing! I was looking for a new sushi bar, cause Oak sushi sold out, And it’s not the same as it was.

We will not return. SOME staff is just too volatile & moody & rude. We have been going here often. The last straw was last Monday at 4:30 pm when the rude Korean waitress Sylvia (?) refused to seat us in the closest booths ( "No those are for employees "🤔) and then refused us another booth because we were only two people. Mind you we've sat at every booth many times every time because of our back issues. Even though I have a cane, she often makes...
