We have been frequenting the IHOP in Glen Carbon IL since it’s reopening. Our experience has been great. Credit given to our sweet waitress Makenna C. She is the perfect waitress, she has a great personality and makes you feel so welcome. The food is great and being gf, I truly appreciate the gluten friendly pancakes and other menu items.

We had a wonderful experience at the IHOP in Orlando Universal Studios. Food was great and the service and hospitality was outstanding. I want to especially compliment Mimoun-Chouikhi for his incredible hospitality but also for his kindness. We had accidentally left our wallets in the hotel and he was so kind to let my husband run back and get his wallet. I was not feeling well and he let both of us go. He didn't make us feel bad. That kind of hospitality needs to be celebrated. That interaction made us IHOP fans for life.

I worked at Lexington nc ihop before but I had to quit due to some personal reasons bc I had just had a baby end of April and started at the end of June so I had to leave due to personal issues and I called back November 2025 to reapply and the had told me “never call about working here again bye” and that’s discrimination against employeeemnt and I had issues before when I worked there and when I was hired I clearly stated I would be slow at first bc I’d just had a baby and need to go slow bc of having a baby i was a minor at the time now I’m a adult and I would recommend working at ihop in Lexington nc they are very discriminatory

Took my daughter out for lunch today and I was kind of expecting not so great service based on the reviews I read in the past, but I'm so glad we went. Jerry was our server and he was great! He took our drink and food order at the same time and made sure everything came out perfect and was very attentive making sure refills and condiments were readily available. The food was great as well. I only go to Ihop because since I was a kid, I love the strawberry syrup. This trip made me realize that the food is very good as well. Everything was cooked perfect and even my daughter asked if we could come back over the weekend for breakfast. I don't leave reviews often, but I felt the need to leave one for this place to make sure the good experiences are shared as well.
We will definitely be back!

It's unfortunate that IHOP put someone horribly unqualified for in the position of hostess. From the moment I walked in, I never heard a word the gal behind the counter said, as her voice wasn’t louder than a whisper. After repeatedly saying, “What?”, I finally asked her to speak up, as I couldn’t hear her.
I was surprised when she repeated her comment IN THE EXACT SAME volume she had previously been using. I thanked her and left.

IHOP Marion Illinois. Only a 20 minute wait on a Sunday after Church then it took only 5 to 10 minutes to get waited on
And get our food which was hot and delicious. Our Server was Brock and he was EXCELLENT ‼️‼️

Recently visited the Ihop on 5076 Lakeland Drive Flowood Mississippi cost was $15 for 3 pancakes 🥞 and a glass of diet Pepsi. Unfortunately, the service was poor, with an excessive wait time of almost an hour for our order. Moreover, the restrooms were dirty and unacceptable.

It’s IHOP—so the coffee is just okay and the atmosphere is classic diner style. The server was friendly, and the food was exactly what you’d expect. But sometimes you just need a stack of pancakes, and IHOP never lets you down on that front.

We had a great Sunday morning at IHOP Simi Valley! Diana took our order and she was super fast, friendly, and efficient — didn’t waste any time. Everything came out fresh and consistent, just as we expect from IHOP. Best part, even on a busy Sunday, we were seated right away with no wait. Excellent service and a smooth experience all around!
