the food is good for fast food and the service is good. the inside is boring as it hasn't been upgraded in what seems a decade or more. just don't go there after 12pm as mistakes seem to happen more.

Had asked for ranch for my tacos and they still asked again when I paid I said yes and they did not give me ranch for my tacos .

The woman working the drive thru window on September 19,2023 @ 9:30 pm is a rude disrespectful woman. She should have nothing to do with customer service . I spent over 25 dollars got 2 sandwiches and large fries and plenty other desserts but was told I was only allowed 2 ranch dips. If I wanted more I had to buy them. I'm pretty sure my 25 dollars worth of food could've at least included 4 ranches . Who ever is the manager of this branch should speak to this worker and let them know customer satisfaction is more important than your 50cents for another ranch. I will no longer go to this Jack in the box strictly on the fact that this woman could not spare one more ranch. Clearly she needs classes on how to handle customer care.

I like getting Jack in the Box for a quick meal. I love their chicken sandwiches and recently I tried a breakfast combo with hash browns, eggs, mini pancakes, sausage, and bacon. It was really delicious and a great meal to fill me up. I got my brother some curly fries and chicken sandwiches. There wasn’t a huge line, just like two or three people in front of me. The person taking my order was very nice and caring. I totally recommend going to Jack in the Box, they’re prices are pretty good. I got all of my food for about $20, which the breakfast combo was really big.
