If you know you know. It's Jack in the box, or as I call it with my friends, "the French place, Jacques in la box". The only French restaurant that serves Mexican food. With that get whatever, but add the 2 taco deal and a side of egg rolls or stuffed jalapenos, or just get those, you won't be sorry Oh the new-ish "tiny tacos". Those are great too.

I received a coupon in the mail for Jack in the Box at my home in Simi Valley, $16 for 2 Jambo Jacks, 2 Jr. Chicken Sandwiches, 4 Tacos and 4 Value Fries. When I tried to use it at the location on Yosemite and Los Angeles Ave, I was told the coupon was not valid there because they don’t offer "value fries," which were part of the deal. I asked if they could substitute small fries for the value fries because they were smaller than the value fries, but they refused. I told them they offer a Jack's Party Bundle for $22 where I could get 3 Jr. Jambo Jack (cheeseburgers), 3 Chicken Sandwiches, 3 medium Curly Fries, and 6 Tacos. They said they can't do anything. So I asked for the manager.
I spoke to the manager, who told me he understands but also said no and claimed it was a corporate issue. The manager made no effort to find a solution or offer any assistance. The customer service was extremely poor, and they were unwilling to accommodate or even explain further.
It’s unfortunate to receive a coupon for a local restaurant only to find out it can’t be used. I will not be returning to this location because the worker and manager were very unhelpful and unwilling to find a resolution. What ever happened to customer service?

I have visited this location in the past. Like most fast food restaurants the food is average but most of the employees are polite and do a good job. But if you are planning to use coupons make sure you call before you go there. I tried to used THE FAMILY BUNDLE for $16 and the breakfast platter combo for $4.49 and I was told that this location is not participating in the program.

The food was very salty - more than the average fast food joint, and bore little resemblance to the images shown on the Jack in the Box menu. The service was OK - indifferent, bordering on rude.
Note that the parking lot is separate from the one to Carl's Jr.

Jack in The Box has always been good, and they have a wide selection on their menu . They are always trying new food types and flavors, but what sets this location @ Yosemite & L.A. Ave apart from others is their employees are top notch and their customer service is second to none. There is rarely a wait and they really try to make your wait as short as possible if you even have to wait like I have experienced often and finally they always get my order correct no matter how different or opposite one burger or combo is to the next so if you live in Simi or nearby try to stop by and give them a try..

I won't come back to your store, don't worry bud. you made your point completely ignoring my presence and I can tell your new to taking orders. it was 1 Large soda and you didn't even make the soda, I know it's your job. you don't like your job bro go somewhere else. 4 stars because the great job by Bridgette to successfully help a new hire, take front orders and still make ours that are driving thru.
