The one reason I go here so much is because they serve breakfast all day! It's beyond me why other fast food chains can't do this. My favorite thing to get is the sausage egg and cheese breakfast sandwich with hash browns. I just wish their coffee was better.

Been going here for years, sometimes 2 times a week Usually gentleman take my order but this time a woman was on the speakerphone taking my order and she argued with me over my order... The same order I get every time. She also made clear sounds of exasperation and was annoyed I was even there. Either BLATANT SEXISM or just a poor quality worker. It has also been reported to corporate in a detailed report. Beyond inappropriate.

The woman was taking orders at this time needs training, or to be closely supervised by her superior. I will not be going to this location for a looooooooong time. Hopefully when I come back staffing changes are made. Don't respond to me unless you have taken action. I am FURIOUS.

Salty But Pepper

I had a promo code in the app but due to a known bug (that’s what the called it, other people had come in and said the same thing) it wouldn’t let me check out. So, I went to the store and they were not helpful at all. I wouldn’t have bothered leaving a review, but they literally laughed at me when I asked if I could redeem the code. Very rude, unprofessional, and honestly insulting. I’ll never be coming back here, or to any other Jack in the Box again. What a waste of time.

I ordered a Double Smash Jack without the Good sauce. I received 2 patties and 2 tiny strips of bacon. This isn't the first time they've cut corners like this. NOT WORTH $15!!!

If you know you know. It's Jack in the box, or as I call it with my friends, "the French place, Jacques in la box". The only French restaurant that serves Mexican food. With that get whatever, but add the 2 taco deal and a side of egg rolls or stuffed jalapenos, or just get those, you won't be sorry

I received a coupon in the mail for Jack in the Box at my home in Simi Valley, $16 for 2 Jambo Jacks, 2 Jr. Chicken Sandwiches, 4 Tacos and 4 Value Fries. When I tried to use it at the location on Yosemite and Los Angeles Ave, I was told the coupon was not valid there because they don’t offer "value fries," which were part of the deal. I asked if they could substitute small fries for the value fries because they were smaller than the value fries, but they refused. I told them they offer a Jack's Party Bundle for $22 where I could get 3 Jr. Jambo Jack (cheeseburgers), 3 Chicken Sandwiches, 3 medium Curly Fries, and 6 Tacos. They said they can't do anything. So I asked for the manager.

I spoke to the manager, who told me he understands but also said no and claimed it was a corporate issue. The manager made no effort to find a solution or offer any assistance. The customer service was extremely poor, and they were unwilling to accommodate or even explain further.

It’s unfortunate to receive a coupon for a local restaurant only to find out it can’t be used. I will not be returning to this location because the worker and manager were very unhelpful and unwilling to find a resolution. What ever happened to customer service?
