This location is the best Ashton and his crew which he says that he could not do anything Without them is the best!!!!! they pay attention to detail they keep You updated on your order… They are the nicest crew ever I look so forward to my visits and The sandwiches are always perfect, perfectly made!!! The only time you get good service is if Ashton is there. Everyone else doesn't say hi, the one girl was so scripted she kept asking the same exact questions as her peers right after I answered. They charge $5 for avacado! Are you kidding me!? Overall... food is your normal Jersey Mikes and Ashton is the only human who makes this location worth it. Figure out your pricing and customer service skills to be more personable and we shall talk about an above star rating.

We are completely disappointed on the sizes of the sandwiches! They have gotten small! I thought I might be wrong so I ask my daughters who ordered from them also and they confirmed my suspicions, they definitely are smaller than they used to be. We will be comparing with others in the comming future. So sad for what we paid

Found this long hair in my 56 giant. As I took a bite the hair got stuck in my teeth. As I pulled it out of my teeth with the other half still in the sandwich and after realizing what it was I gagged so hard I completely threw up the first half of my sandwich. The long haired dude cooking my food wasn't wearing a hair net and I paid the price for it. Shame on you long hair dude. And you jersey mike.

This is the second time I’ve had our order made wrong. The first time I didn’t say anything because things happen. But this time it’s like they didn’t even read what we ordered. Both sandwiches were made wrong. Normally I’d take them back and have them remade. Unfortunately this time that was not possible.

I absolutely love Jersey Mike's. However I am disappointed since I have been doing mobile orders. I got my sandwich 25 min after I ordered. At that point, mobile ordering is not very convenient. I might as well walk in. I will still support and I know they are very busy (there were people in line and at least 10 Togo bags packed), it is lunch time. I get it. But maybe an extra staff on peak hours or at least acknowledge people as they come in bc I felt awkward interrupting the gal to ask about my order. There were 4 people waiting just to pick up already ordered/paid for food and no one acknowledged us.The last few experiences have been like this. Maybe a warning that Togo order will take 20+ minutes will help gauge.With that said, the staff was working really hard and was polite, you can just tell they were swamped.

Thank you so much!!!! I had the greatest experience at this location today. The men behind the counter did such a great job with our large order and were very attentive and kind. My receipt says our server was AMANDEEP but this was a team effort. Thank you guys, keep up the hard work!

I had the club sub and it was delicious. Made perfectly, and the avocado/veggies were so fresh. I have allergies, they changed gloves and did the allergy protocol. Will definitely order my lunch from here again!

Dietary restrictions: They have an entire allergy protocol if you just ask. They also have all ingredients listed online and easy to read. Makes it easy for people with lots of allergies like me.
