The service at this location is the best in town. Everyone there looks happy and proud to provide quick and friendly service. Rich also makes the best NO.2 on the planet so I drive all the way across town to this location.

Absolutely love Jersey Mike’s this location specifically the one at 1197 Los Angeles Ave. I always do curbside service. Noel brings my order to the car. She’s very friendly always calls me by name and is an excellent employee. And my sub is perfectly made! There are 3 jersey mikes in Simi and this one is the furthest from my home but it’s definitely worth the drive!

The food at the First and LA location and the service...tower above the rest. Asaph, Mason, Nat, and Brook, not only remember my order...but treat and my daughter like good friends. I go here about 2x a week. This team is truly the A Team of any Jersey Mike's or other restaurant I've been to. Not one falls short, great attitude, no mistakes, quick service, clean environment, and great food of course. Wanted to point out the 4 ppl above who go above and beyond, weekly for their customers. Thanks and I'll see you today for a late lunch!

Of all the Jersey Mike's I've been to, this location truly captures the spirit of an East Coast sandwich shop ? the staff & Mgr ensure everyone and everything is taken care of, and the one time my order didn't turn out correctly they SPEEDILY saw to it that my order was fulfilled ? I just feel bad that they expected me to be more upset about it ?? they've earned my business and then some

This is my “go to” Jersey Mike’s. Their sandwiches are always fresh and robust. Usually, I pick up so don’t care about the atmosphere but it’s always clean and crowded at the variety of times I’m there. Everyone there is friendly and orders always ready at pick up time.

Staff is so helpful and friendly, cares about the customers and you can tell they were trained well by their manager. They enjoy what they do and make a mean sandwich!! I’ve been to other Jersey mikes in Simi and Moorpark, none are as good as this spot!
