What's wrong with you people, I dig the sandwiches and their customer service oh yeah and the tunes they play. I have already received 3 free sandwiches from the app. Remember the show Seinfeld and the soup kitchen one, funny! Every time I walk through their door I have a huge smile on my face, after a hard day of working and if I can at least smile or laugh, my day was well worth the hard labor...anyway this one is super clean, the employees are #1, it's close to my home, can't go wrong with this jersey mikes! Thanx, cause customer service is #1 in my eyes..."No soup for you"!HahahahaMy go to place, KrisHope this is the one on E. Los Angeles and first, cause that is the one I'm reviewing I usually don't do reviews but the one on E Los Angeles and first is what this review is for.

Love the service Melanie offers to myself and family! Sandwiches are absolutely delicious and off top the best in town. Such a clean and very sanitary dining area along with the rest of the restaurant. Staff are absolutely amazing there! #1 Jersery Mikes in town in my family's opinion (:

Staff is so helpful and friendly, cares about the customers and you can tell they were trained well by their manager. They enjoy what they do and make a mean sandwich!! I’ve been to other Jersey mikes in Simi and Moorpark, none are as good as this spot!

Owner needs to fire the woman manager she’s giving free food this is the second time I caught them ! She looks like shes also coming down from drugs or using! I was behind a gentleman that ordered a pepperoni giant & a small Italian he asked for extra meat & bacon they didn’t charge him for the extra meat & the bacon I asked them why but they acted like it didn’t happen! The total was was 26 something! When I asked her to show me how much it would cost for a giant with extra pepperoni & bacon it came out to like 26 bucks they obviously don’t care about the owner or the rules! I can’t imagine how much money the owner is losing. Also the workers are in on it too young blonde lady & the brunette cutting the meat. It’s not fair to give free food or extra for free everyone should be treated equally! Don’t get a soft spot for a family lol.This happened 5:30pm-5:55pm on 8/28/23!

This Jersey Mikes is a great location. I usually order online and the food is ready on time every time. They always use a lot of ingredients and don't skimp like some places. Their app is also one of the better fast food ones and it makes it easy to order if not ordering from my desktop computer at work. Awesome location.

The reason why i only go to this location is the staff! The owner and the rest of the staff are always welcoming. I noticed some people comment on rude staff and I've never seen it. It feels like ordering at a New York deli. They are a well oiled machine. I'm greeted every time i walk in. My go to is usually the mini tuna with vinegar (it was recommend) and I'm obsessed now. I also love the chipotle chicken Philly as well. They have gluten free bread, wraps and subs in tubs in case you are looking to lighten things up or have health concerns. Best subs in town for sure.

I believe this is the best Jersey Mike's around, and I've been to many. Don't get me wrong, I like all the Jersey Mike's locations, but I love this location. I had many opportunities to stop at other locations, but this is the best run local. Their sandwiches are always fresh and made well. Food is always ready when ordering ahead for pick up at specified time. Staff and manager are always polite and attentive. The restaurant is always clean and bright and great for dine in. My go to sandwiches #43 Chipotle cheese steak and #5 Super Sub! Get the red relish in the side for the cold sandwiches, just yum! Happy Nom Nom!
