This was my go to store for a nice fresh sandwich. They never disappointed me until today. I don’t usually leave reviews but I’m tired of getting low quality food because of cheap owners. $22 dollars for a sandwich with hard bread. I could flick and peel the top brown layer from the white. It crumbled and feel apart. About half way through it I just got grossed out and threw it out. I stopped going to Subway because of that same reason. Won’t be going back to that store. I can see why so many places are going out of businesses

This is now the second time I have come in to this location and the older woman working there is absolutely rude and acts like it’s a burden we are ordering. The first time she legit made us walk out from how disrespectful she acted and made us feel unwelcomed. Today she did it again. We will not be going to this location anymore we will be going to the Los Angeles street one from now on they treat us really well.

Watch the employees, they like to touch things with thier gloves and then touch your food. Just sat there for 25 minutes to recieve an way wrong order and not a single employee changed thier gloves before or after touching everyones food.

We came here on a wildfire day when two other JMs were closed so they were super busy. The employees were working so hard to keep everything moving even with all the app orders coming in. Phenomenal job by all the workers and honestly they deserve a day off and a raise.

Incompetent employees work here, they can’t solve the clients’ problem, they walk from side to side and don’t listen to the clients well. They always touch their caps with their hands and don’t wash their hands and make you a sandwich. For some reason they shake the entire salad onto the floor after cooking and clean the table on which they prepare it with a knife that they use to cut your sandwich.
