I usually love it here. But the girl that made my esquite made the worst one i have had. She put nothing on it, I had to ask for more cheese from the other employee but then when i tried it it just tasted like corn and cheese. The original girl added nothing worst one i have had.

The WORST customer service I've ever witnessed in my life! I think they come upset, or simply if they see you and don't like your appearance they despise you! The worst, Luana or I don't know if it's the girl's correct name, what a bad customer service, the management must check and correct its employees, it can't be that such a beautiful place has such rude employees.

We asked for a cup of water and it smell nasty we asked for a different one and they laughed and said that’s the only water they have , they also drop an ice cream that we order by their cashier counter top and instead of giving us a new one they just picked that one they drop and gave it to us again

Such a fun vibe! The amount of delicious items to choose from can be overwhelming! Went in wanting ice cream but walked in finding so many other favorites that I didn't know what to go with! I guess I have to return and try it all!
When my family and I waited in line for a while but noticed that the staff were not serving us. We grew even more confused when I saw the people behind us being served before us. It wasn’t like the employees didn’t see us, because they made eye contact with us a few times. We ended up leaving after that. I’ve come here a lot. The staff always weren’t the friendliest but I’ve never been flat out ignored. It’s just upsetting.

It's definitely a place where Spanish is the lead language, but really, if you can't figure out what to order, maybe you should go somewhere else. We had an excellent experience with our ice cream! The choices and service are great! We will be back with the grandkids!I should add, I'm a 99.9% English speaker.

After reading the reviews for this place, I was a little uncertain of what to expect and uncertainty/ confusion was exactly what it was like inside. I am personally not a Spanish speaker, and I’m totally fine with menus being in other languages (hello, google translate), but there was no menu. This felt like a place where you just have to already know what they offer because there is absolutely no other way to find out. I ended up getting a scoop of guayaba (guava) because ice cream seemed like the only easy option to order. The ice cream was gritty and I had a perfume type of flavor to it. Normally I love floral ice creams, but this just wasn’t it. I would be more than happy to try this place again, but only if I could bring a native Spanish speaking friend with me. Otherwise, this place is not exactly do-able, a total bummer because the pictures other people posted look so good! If I was rating, this place off of looks alone though, the aesthetics of the inside would give it five stars easily.
